He spent 30 minutes to search for a little bolt I needed, searching thrue the whole shop and calling a couple of stores close by. He figured out how to solve my problem with a part that was meant for something ellse. My impression is that other stores wants to sell new bikes to cash in easy money and dont care to put in efforts like this.

There is also an option for tourists, which is a 3 day pass for 165kr or 18 euro. You must use the bike in 3 hour slots, which would be a burden If its wasn't so easy to just switch out the bike at there many stations all across the city. They don't come with any lock for parking it while you pop into a shop but this is something you can easy get yourself in many places around the city. You can rent the bikes between the hours of 6am and 10pm. This will probably be my main mode of transport here :) especially now that the summer is coming :)

And he's about the only bike guy who's actually nice. It's not the fastest place (it can take a couple of days to get a tired fixed), but that's about the only possible downside. I've been there a lot (yes, I'm a terrible biker), and looking forward to coming back.

I really wanted to spend a day out in the Archipelago to experience more than just what Stockholm's beautiful touristed areas have to offer. The Stockholm Archipelago is the largest archipelago in Sweden, and the second-largest archipelago in the Baltic Sea. The Stockholm Archipelago has been found to have slightly over 24,000 islands, islets, and skerries and covers approximately 1,700 km² (of which approximately 530 km² is land). As far as I was concerned, we just had to spend a day exploring it while we were in Sweden. I found Stockholm Adventures after another tour company cancelled our tour a couple of days before the tour we had booked with them. Stockholm Adventures made it easy to book another tour, so we didn't have to miss the Archipelago or rework our itinerary for the trip! The sailing tour was 8 hours long, and our guides provided a wonderful Smörgåsbord lunch and Fika in the afternoon. Our guide gave us a bit of a sailing lesson (he left this up to us, whether we wanted to learn about sailing or whether we just wanted to enjoy the day), which was great (might have piqued my interest to learn more about sailing now that I'm home). Our guides were very friendly and informative; we learned so much about the way that locals view life in Stockholm, the Archipelago, and Sweden. We also were able to visit an island that serves as our guide's boat club's Archipelago home, since it wasn't a weekend. Our tour ended up just being the two of us, so the tour felt very personalized to our interests. The information on the website and that we received by email before the tour was very helpful and informative (so we knew what to bring and where to meet once we arrived in Vaxholm). The day was a pleasure from start to finish, and I'm so glad we found this tour. It really added to our trip to Sweden. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again if we are able to return to Sweden.

However they didn't ask me enough questions to "quantify" my potential or needs as a customer. Being from the USA should have been a clear sign I was not a valid client. However they were attentive and enthusiastic in their efforts. The selection was somewhat limited given they chiefly represented thier line of ELECTRIC bikes ... but they did have another brand with an electric cargo bike + unique things like the safety collar which instantly INFLATES a crash helmet in the event of a crash! Amazing!! Anyways - if I were a local and in the market for an Electric Bike then they would be well served to stop by here and shop their stuff!
