The rental bikes were very well maintained and they did adjustments as needed. Also swapped out parts as some of us bought our own saddles and computer mounts. The bikes came with saddle bags and tubes. He also gave us air cartridges and would only charge us if we used them. Great selection of bottles, clothes, helmets and shoes too. Super friendly and accommodating especially because we didn't know much French. Highly recommended!!!

Same-day turnaround, well stocked store…read more I had a problem with my dynamo wires on my bike - a very specific issue. They were the only shop I visited in the region who said they would repair it. They said, "come back tomorrow and we'll have the part and do it then". I was also able to purchase rim tape, of which there was a selection of several widths. Oddly enough, other shops did not sell rolls.... I came back "tomorrow" and got that repair done, plus an overhaul of another wheel, for a very reasonable price. In actuality, there was another problem with the wheel that they could not fix, and tried to give me a full refund, but I insisted the mechanic keep some because there was still work done. The last star is missing because both times I walked in with my bikes and was told, "no we can't help you" but then turned and talked to the mechanics who told me they could help me. Definitely need to educate those sales staff better!
