We spontaneously rented bikes here for half a day. The guy who handles the buissnes is super nice…read moreand helpful. He doesnt speak German and very few English und communicating was possible. Also the price is really good. 9€ half a day, 12€ for the whole day. The bikes vary between nice beach bikes but also mountain bikes and even tandems. It's not allowed to ride at the beach but Royan and the surrounding area has a great net of bike trails which all go along the beaches. It's totally worth the money and we recommend to ride into the direction of Talmont. On the way there you even get the chance to visit the Gottos. So go and have fun!
