In 2014 I chose CWB to monogram robes for my rather large wedding party. Their prices were very reasonable, they were friendly and accommodating, and the work looked great. So, why isn't this a 5-star review? Unfortunately, the day of my wedding I discovered that one of the monograms had been done incorrectly (with an incorrect letter). When I contacted CWB, they were relatively understanding, if not over-apologetic. They agreed to fix it, and I dropped the robe off at their shop. Weeks went by with no word, and to be honest, I forgot about the robe. When I finally remembered, I called the shop and left a message. My call was never returned. I tried again weeks later, still no return call. After a third message (during business hours, mind you) with no response, I gave up. Yes, I realize I could have stopped by the shop, but my schedule made that difficult (and really, returning a message from a paying customer just basic customer service). I was happy to give my business locally, and I understand that mistakes happen. Had the error been fixed in a reasonable amount of time, I'd have been a happy repeat customer. But considering the fact that the error was made, not fixed, and my merchandise was never even returned to me, I can not recommend CWB. read more
