This CVS turned my son down who was able to get a ride from one of our friends to help me since I just got out of the hospital and couldn't drive to get my medication. They thought he probably was a drug dealer from my opinion hypothesis because my prescription was a narcotic for only 5 days of prescription for pain till I can get to the appointment with the pain specialist in regards to inflammation which was a bad side effect from a medicine and I had anti-inflammatories at the Advent Health in Altamonte that gave me those prescriptions. Went to the minute clinic for food poisoning. Was told to go to the ER and then charged the normal bill here. Contacted corporate, after a 30 minute wait on the phone, was told "that's the policy." Definitely going to avoid coming back. read more

Not the best pharmacy I've been to. But it's convenience to where I lived was the reason I used this CVS to fill my prescriptions. OK, it's not terrible. If you are just stopping in to pick up a few things and aren't picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy, you shouldn't really have any issues. The biggest problem is with the pharmacy. Basically, they need more staff. It doesn't matter what time of day I drop by, there is always a really long line at the pharmacy and it takes forever to get through it. Expect to wait a while. I don't recommend dropping by to grab your meds if you have somewhere to be soon after. You'll be late. They seem to lack some organization as well. I was at the doctor last week and he sent my prescription to this CVS location. I received a call the next day that my prescription was ready. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to make it over there in a week. So I've continued to receive daily phone messages and texts letting my know my meds are ready for me. Cool. Today I finally had some time over my lunch break to stop by. Mind you, this pharmacy is not close to my office. But since it was the only time this week I'd be able to pick up my medication, I made the drive. After arriving and waiting a long time in aforementioned line the guy at the counter let me know they didn't have my prescription ready. Actually, they had no record of every receiving an order from my doctor. Except I had received numerous texts and calls telling me it was ready. I double-checked the voicemail to make sure I was at the correct CVS location. I was. But they had somehow lost my meds and the records had been wiped from the system. There was nothing they could do but call my doctor and get another order for the prescription. So I wasted a lunch break for nothing and I'll have to find time to go over there again once my meds are ready. Hopefully this time they'll actually be ready. read more

Always pass by this CVS but never had a reason to stop there (esp being they don't have a red-box) .. So I ended up finally going there so I could drop off some medication through the drop off service. I was told an hour so I went back and my order was ready as promised. Now I'm Not sure about the inside services but the drive-thru pharmacy was an easy process for me. read more

This CVS is conveniently located at the crossroads of Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla and right across the road from Publix. They are our first choice for filling prescriptions--they can take an hour but usually service is really quick. They have a blood pressure machine to use while you're waiting. They also often have our preferred selection of hair and skin products, travel supplies, and general items. When my husband was sick and needed a special type of bandage, they were able to provide alternates that ended up doing the job as well as referring me to a specialty store. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. They also have an in store passport photo capability--the staff take the picture and prepare it on the computer then print it out. We often get deals from their membership card and always provide it via our telephone number. read more

Dont usually review stores like CVS but felt compelled after visiting this one. EVERY employee i saw greeted me and asked if i needed anything. My wife needed a persrciption and it was late but this joint is open 24/7 so it was life saver or more specifically a ear nose and throat saver. The wait was exactly what they said it would be. If u need some late night meds i would hit this place up. I would give 5* but the urinal in the dudes bathroom was over flowing but won't stop me from coming back. read more

The people who work in the front registers near the entrance are great. But the pharmacy staff is trash. They all need personality makeovers and if they hate their job so much then do something else. Also, they take FOREVER for everything, even just to greet you. Only reason I use this location is because it's super close to my house and open 24 hours. But if you have the option to use another location, do it. read more

They were busy as they always are! However, I find this store always dirty and in disarray and it seems they are always behind the eight ball in the pharmacy ! Not very cheerful or welcoming! Being busy is good for their profit line but if it is not organized it can could mistakes with your RX's, which they have a history of! Only gave a one star because you had to put one to write a review. Terrible customer service. Son was scheduled for a return visit after receiving a TB vaccination. NOBODY in the clinic to see him at 9am (his appt time). He returned 2 hours later and still nobody at this location. Called customer service to find out why nobody was at this site and was told they had no idea, maybe hours were cancelled for some reason. Could not suggest what to do since this type of appt can not just be reschedule, but has to be evaluated 72 hours after original appointment. I insisted that somebody at their center had to have information and was hung up on. RUDE and very unprofessional on the phone. If your clinic has to cancel appts and close for any reason, they should check in with their administrator and patients should be notified. Will take business elsewhere and tell everyone I know how bad this CVS treats customers!! read more

The pharmacy is dishonest. If they're out of a medication they will not tell you, they will ask you to come back later and tell you that the prescription is still being filled. My doctor electronically submitted my prescription I went to pick it up four hours later they said they were still filling the prescription and to come back in four hours. I came back five hours later, they said that they were having computer problems and couldn't fill the prescription and to come back. I had my doctor call, and they told my doctors assistant that they were out of the prescription and wouldn't have it for two days. Why didn't they just say that in the first place? I need medication I don't need shenanigans or dishonest people including the actual pharmacist who looked me in the eye and said they were having computer problems, the whole time they were out of the medication. I hope their management sees this and they look into the operations going on in the pharmacy they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I was threr dropping off my prescription when the drive through pharmacy tech start swearing and dropping the f bomb very loudly. That is so unprofessional and the pharmacist was not very kind either. Go to publix this place is a nightmare. read more

The pharmacist helped me save over $100 on my prescription. He was attentive and treated me very kindly, unlike a staff member at "the other" pharmacy. Being a pharmacist is an extremely hard job with many long hours on their feet. I don't live by this CVS but next time I need something, I will be coming back. Very impressive service. read more

Omg! They need to hire more people! Every time I come here I'm waiting at least 20 mins to pick up my meds. And most of the time I'll go inside and there's just a bunch of idiot costomers at the counter taking forever!! They don't know their prescriptions or whatever, and the line situation is really confusing, people don't know where it is and they just make it up. I am so annoyed. Worst experience EVER with the minute clinic. They should change the name to 120 minute clinic. Waited 2 hours with a crying child. When we got in, they asked for insurance. We gave them our card and we were told that they don't take the insurance (even though the pharmacy told us minute clinic did). We were willing to pay full price, but were told that they weren't legally allowed to see her because of our type of insurance. They denied care to a sick, crying child with a 102 fever. read more

Horrible customer service and staff, my wife is pregnant but they refused 5 times to let us use the bathroom with a very bad attitude.

The only reason why I use this location is because it's 24 hours. Every time we pick up prescriptions here, the pharmacists go out of their way to be nasty. They are extremely rude and act as though everything you ask them is a huge burden. I hate using this pharmacy. What terrible staff they have. I don't know why they're so mean. read more

What has happened to this pharmacy since John has left.?? The line to pickup in the drive thru is usually 3-5 cars with a 10-15 min wait. If you go inside. You have 7-8 people ahead of you with one cashier. Twice now I have finally gotten to the front of the line only to be told me prescription is not filled after I have received a call from the pharmacy that my prescription is ready. Back in line I go waiting for it to be filled. Bring John back quickly along with more help who know what they are doing!! This used to be a great pharmacy !!!! read more

Great CVS, typical good service at the pharmacy. They keep the place pretty clean. They always have what I need.

We switched to Winter Springs Pharmacy some time ago however for weekend urgent needs we find ourselves back at CVS. This past w/e I had a visit to the URC for bronchitis. URC prescribed antibiotic, daytime cough and nighttime cough. My husband jokingly said ... you watch they won't fill the cough syrup as they seem to have a "thing" about any Rx that has a narcotic. I get to CVS, I get 2 Rx but not the 3rd .. the cough syrup. They said they they didn't get it. I showed them the paperwork from the URC .. deer in the headlights. They say will call the URC and get the Rx again and text me when it's ready. Didn't happen. I called later and spoke to the evening pharmacist on Sunday who said he saw no sign of that having occurred and would leave a note for the daytime pharmacist. In the meantime, my husband was able to get the Rx I needed from our normal PCP and had it filled at our normal Pharmacy. Today TUESDAY I get this message from CVS that they called my physician who said they gave all prescriptions yesterday ... what does that mean? Three days later, they don't even call the URC who prescribed, they called my regular PCP who had no clue what they were talking about! THIS is a perfect example of why CVS lost our business! read more

Worst service I've ever received. I came here for a Minute Clinic visit and even though I had a spot reserved the nurse would not see me. I simply needed to fill a quick skin care prescription and waited for 4 hours until closing time when they asked me to return the next day. I waited for 2 hours originally and left to get lunch and return and upon calling and asking if I could return and be seen I was told it wouldn't be a problem only to find out I made the 15 minute drive and the long wait again for absolutely no reason. The Manager was hard to understand and useless. He wasted another ten minutes of my time saying the same thing repeatedly and not helping in any way. read more
