I use your drive up services (and in store purchases) as my #1 drug store. Today I pulled up to the drive in window to complete a phone call refill. While waiting for the transaction to be filled, I turned the engine off. Prescription filled; Dog treat dispensed to my Border Collie innocently asking for a treat, and my car would not start. I was embarrassed. Gal at the window said, "no problem", then shouted out to fellow employees if they had jumper cables. As it turns out, none did. Meanwhile, the line was growing behind me at the window. Within 5 minutes, more Staff showed up and pushed me away from the window (gave my pup a second treat) to a safe area in the parking lot, and told me they would ask customers if they had jumper cables. The good Samaritan arrived 10 minutes later, another loyal CVS Customer I'm sure, and I was saved! Thanks again for your staff getting me out of a pickle. Customer Service is always Job 1, and your Staff proved that today. What you give comes back 10 fold. Glad to see that CVS embraces that philosophy. I hope I can return the favor. Most of the lines were shut down, along with one self checkout, so the line was very long to pay for my two things I came there for in the self checkout. The two employees "running" the self checkout were on their phones the whole time, one was sitting on one of the registers that was down, but both paying no one any attention. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line and then paying for my two items. Wouldn't be as bad if they were properly staffed and had restrictions on phones.
