This pharmacy is terr and they talk to people like we are animals thats what I was called and I…read morebeen going there for 3 years for medication for my gastro problem stomach issues and I never had a problem until today I asked for my medication to be refilled and delivered which I did on the app and I got a confirmation and a text that it was ready I called to ask it for it to be delivered and the owner was on the phone asking me WHY I'm getting medication from here and not where I get my other personal medication from and he wanted me to bring them all there i told him i cant because m doctor give me some of my shots and that's why and the pharmacy I go get my medication from them. They don't carry the two prescriptions that I need so when I was telling the owner, why are you so concerned about my other medication's? He's like because I can ask questions and also why are you getting from two pharmacies? I personally number one nobody carries these two medicines that I need except you guys and the second thing is no disrespect. It's none of nobody's where I get my medicine from. All I need is my medicine so I can feel better so he told me to hold my horses and told with the medication that you have at these other pharmacy why don't you get it from there? I told they don't carry them and they don't order them. You guys are the only ones been coming there for three years and now you're giving me trouble about medicine that I really need. And he was like you're too much medicine. I told him that's none of your business and he told me listen. I am the owner and I fill your prescriptions for you. I said you are talking about my medication's other medication's in front different people that I don't know who's in the store and that's against my and he told me no it's not. I am the owner and I know what the law is. I told OK whatever you say can you give my medication? He's like no I am not gonna fill your prescription. Go find it somewhere else to be honest he was racist. He because of my first and last name and I bet 99.999% it's because of what's going on on the other side of the world and I'm assuming he's taking his hate on somebody that needs his medicine. Listen I'm a type of person if somebody tells me hey we're out of stock for this month. Can you go look for somewhere else? I will more than gladly to go do that because it took me 10 different pharmacies until I found Apollo pharmacy in Wyandotte and they had no problems filling my prescriptions for three years and they did not ask are you taking these other and why are you getting them from another pharmacy? He's just being greedy because I didn't give all my medicine to him so he can make the money. It seems like he's hurting for money or he needs more money or he's racially profiling me because of who I am and I think that's the reason why and if you go look on people are giving him bad reviews as well too because they don't fill prescriptions or ask them about what other medicines they have and why they medicines and it's none of their these are none opioid prescriptions and also I don't take any opioids as well for him to name all my medicines in front of the crowd of his workers and customers was a violation of my HPAA law he said my name he said my date of birth he said my address and you know what I feel violated and disrespectful by this gentleman he should not own this place. He should be looked at sorry for the long real message, but thank you everybody please I hope I'm not the only one that gets treated like this.

After being monthly customer at the pharmacy for over 2 years, they decided to stop filling my…read moreprescription. The worst part is they didn't even call to give a heads up. Per one of the employee she stated, "the pharmacist had to pick and choose who he was going to continuing filling prescriptions for and there are several customers he will not be filling for anymore." I come the same time every month. So maybe call and double check on yours or switch to a place that has care for their patients medical needs. OR atleast will have the decency to give you a heads up.
