This pharmacy was the best in town when I started coming here around 3 years ago. Slowly but surely it has really gone downhill in service, particularly in the dive through. Personally, I know my 3 prescriptions are ready. The person ahead of me is being allowed to wait at the window for theirs - a luxury I've never been afforded. This is a small store with not as much selection, but I really like the layout of the aisles. Most times you have to walk all the way to the back for medicine... when you are already sick, you don't really want to always have to walk through the whole store. This store is kind of sideways, the medicine is close the front. Unfortunately, as it's a smaller store, they don't have the items I usually get at my "big city CVS" but I got something to get me by until I got home. read more

The people are really help full and not to bad price. It's clean and neat. And have a lot of choices. I like it. I don't use the pharmacy.

This was my favorite pharmacy until things changed, the pharmacist I liked left, It can take a few days to get prescriptions filled, if u show up they will expedite, but they should be ready before that, it's ridiculous! My latest issue is a pharmacist on Tuesday morning would not give me my medication that my doctor electronically sent in as always, he said he looked back each month for the last 6 months and I had got them 2 days early which he added up to tell me I had to wait 10 days for his medication that I need! I had to call my dr and have him call and release my medication, ridiculous! If they felt I needed to wait until exactly 30 to fill, why not tell me 6 months ago, I would have complied. If they would fill prescriptions faster, I wouldn't need to order early anyways! I missed two days of work and was very sick because of these pharmacist, I am thinking seriously of taking my business elsewhere. read more

Favorite pharmacy in town. When they say 20 minutes it is, and not an hour like Walgreens (or longer). Staff is friendly and helpful. I like the size of the store and ease to find what I need. read more

Very Poor Customer Service! Tried to get them to run my secondary insurance and they refused! Told me they weren't running the second one because its fraud?? But, yet they do it just fine at Wal-Mart. They were very unprofessional and rude to me! Won't be going back! read more

Complete disappointment. I get monthly refills and have never had an issue with this pharmacy. My insurance changes and they're complete jerks about it. One girl I originally spoke with was kind and understanding of my frustration in trying to get it figured out. She's told me call and get information from the company and to call back and let them know. When I called back, there was someone else who "helped" me. She talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain to her what was going on as she wasn't the one that originally helped me. She thought she knew all about it and treated me like I was an idiot. I will be moving all of my family prescriptions from this pharmacy and won't be back for prescriptions or any other product they sell. Such a shame. read more
