It was my turn and the clerk disappeared for another several minutes, then when I finally got to talk to her she said I could still get the shot tonight. But now I'm waiting in the *other* line and no closer to getting the shot that I had taken the time to schedule. What is the point of making a reservation? I've waited another 10 minutes now and it's clear I won't get to the front of this line for at least 15 minutes.

He refused to process it and told me to return another day. I've witnessed him being rude to other customers as well. This behavior has caused significant anxiety and made me afraid to pick up necessary prescriptions here. Walgreens needs to address staff conduct and training.
