However, CVS' perplexing, shaking my head, "what sense does that make?" policy allows you to discuss COVID with staff while you have it, have it and pick up a home test kit (if they're in stock), have it and shop unmasked, or have it and get vaccinated against it...all in-store. But, if you want to get an on-site COVID rapid test you make an appointment, get in your car and go to the drive-thru window to "minimize spread" by those "possibly" infected. worst pharmacy I've ever used. their automated system never works and I don't get alerts when anything is ready. my prescriptions are constantly delayed or out of stock and their idea of "we've ordered it and expect it to be in SOON" really means 1 week+. last time I had a delay the pharmacist assured me they would get me an emergency order so I'd at least have a couple days worth... I was still calling 8 days later trying to figure out when I could get ANY of the meds that I need to take daily. read more

The only reason why I use it is because of my insurance and that is all otherwise walk in that store. they incompetent, and stupid and the corporate doesn't even care. I came in and dealt with Sruthi a manager and Brandon the operations manager. I had the attached coupon and they refused to honor it. Sruthi both demeaning and very rude. Brandon the operations manager had to tell Sruthi several times to stop arguing with me. I had corporate on the phone and thankfully they could hear her arguing in the background and I had to personally ask her to stop several times. Even though I asked she kept on. Pure bullying over someone who simply coupons to save money. Brandon still wouldn't honor it and made the customer service rep from corporate call the store. Pharmacy is not opened 24 hours. It claims it is but its not. Use Walgreens across the street if you need a 24 hour pharmacy. Walgreens info for 24 hour location across the street on Hwy K & Hwy N is 2920 HIGHWAY K O FALLON MO 63368-7861 636-240-5077 I think pharmacist goes to lunch at 2-3a I could be wrong but I know they are normally opened when I go to the Club Fitness gym located across the street at 2am. read more

The pharmacist has been rude to me on two different occasions. He treats his techs in the same manner.

Liar, liar, pants on fire! Multiple signs clearly say "Open 24 Hours". The sign in the pharmacy says "Open 24 Hours!" And the sign outside the store proudly says open 24 hours next to all seven days of the week with a tiny line stating "Pharmacy team takes lunch 1:30-2:00". Do which is it CVS??? Appallingly bad reviews! I dashed in here on weekday to pick up a few things. They had what I needed. It happened to be buy one get one 50% off so I fell for that. I used the self-checkout and bagged my own stuff. There was an employee near the front and he did ask if I needed help and if I found everything I needed. Really what else can you ask for? read more

Called to transfer a prescription to this location. Went to pick it up and they still hadn't made the phone call after five hours. 27 hours later they first claim they have no record of my transfer and later claim they haven't been able to get ahold of the pharmacy the prescription is coming from EVEN THOIGH I had just gotten off the phone with them after zero wait time. Needed my refill yesterday and I'm still waiting. read more

Trying to get my flu shot scheduled. So made the appt. within the app. App said that CVS had two vaccines, one for under 65 and the other for over 65. The app did not have the option to choose which one. I will be 65 within 2 weeks and have other diagnoses, and wanted to make sure which I was scheduled for. It is 9 PM on a Saturday nite and I had to wait over 15 mins for someone to pick up the phone. This is a consistent occurrence, having to wait so long for a human to pick up. Every time I have called I have experienced this. The tech that answered said she was the only person there. I told her I was sorry for her, but that should not be my problem, they should have adequate staffing, especially for a 24-hr. pharmacy. She said she was not able to access my record but if I was not exactly 65, I'd get the other. So I will have to wait another 2 weeks. I just feel like I gave a lot of my time for a quick question. Customer service at this location is very poor. It is very obvious there is a lack of leadership and they lack a 'customer-first' approach in their daily work. Customers wait in line while visible to pharmacists and technicians. When a problem arises with a prescription, they are quick to blame and tell you reasons why they cannot help you. As a very reasonable person, I would be appalled if this group of employees represented me. Avoid location at all costs. read more

The pharmacists that is always there when I'm picking up refills is so rude, they should really put her somewhere that doesn't have to interact with people. The other staff is so unhelpful. Medications are important, wish my insurance didn't force me to use CVS, thinking about trying another location to see if it's better. Hopefully insurance companies learn about the poor care and communication CVS offers and starts working with other pharmacy's. read more

Moved here recently from TN and I love this store /pharmacy. People are very friendly in pharmacy and will hep you out tremendously. Usually find out my doctor or insurance are pains in the behind getting the correct or no info to the pharmacists even when the pharmacists are really trying their best to rectify matters. Due to my schedule I have to get medicine in late night time. Nice to have the 24 hrs available. I ESPECIALLY like the pharmacist Bridgette at night. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable on resolving any questions or concerns or problems that come up with my medicine. Totally recommend this place. read more

I've had nothing but problems with CVS having my medications in stock which I get filled each and every month. The pharmacist LouAnn is extremely rude, very inpatient and unhelpful. Terrible service. I called and followed phone prompts to speak with someone in the minute clinic. I went through all the prompts which took me at least five minutes, and never spoke with someone and didn't get the information I needed. So I call again and followed prompts to ask for assistance at the front desk. They answer and I ask them about the clinic. Their response is I don't know. So I asked, if you don't know can you ask someone who does? The employee responded by telling me to look online, which I already had without success to answer my question. I expressed that I had looked online and they said then I can't help you, when they could have walked across the store and asked the clinic personnel. My call ended by the employee having not helped me at all and hanging up without further direction or assistance. I COULD HAVE WALKED TO THE CVS CLINIC AND GOTTEN AN ANSWER ON MY OWN IN THE TIME I SPENT ON THEIR PHONE WITH NO RESULTS. So I drove to the cvs and walked across the store to the clinic, which was all to difficult for their employee to do while I was on the phone, to ask one question. By the time I had called twice, looked online, and drove to cvs I was too frustrated to use their clinic. The Walgreens clinic across the street was much more helpful, they responded on the phone without having to go through prompts, they were very nice on the phone and helped me. Son went there for possible strep or flu. Tested for both, gave him a flu shot. Tests came back negative, never approved flu shot. Went to physician next day, tested positive said never should have given flu shot. Total money grab. Don't trust them at all. read more

I shop at this CVS twice a week. On average. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I decided to provide this review because of the great customer service of CVS team member Maggie. She was on staff this afternoon and I had been having a rough day. I believe she treats all of her customers with the same kindness but she definitely makes you feel as though you are dealing with a friend. Long story short I walked out of the store in a better mood. I also like the rewards program and believe it's easier to save compared to the leading competitors "points" program. read more

I am a hard working single parent , I try with everything I have to stay organized and on top of all of my daily obligations as to make life as stress free for my daughter and myself as I possibly can so when I have prescriptions dated and signed by our doctor I like to stay on track , not have any lapses in how the medication specifies to be taken and I find it extremely upsetting , stressful , rude and unnecessary that this pharmacy advertises that they are a 24 hour pharmacy and yet when I try to drop off a prescription to be filled and ready for pick up in the morning on the date written on the prescription by my/our doctor , I am treated as a criminal or drug addict by the pharmacist and told I will have to wait till 8 am when again I have dropped off written prescriptions prior , it is a 24 hour pharmacy , I am not asking to pick up early , I have to be at work at 7 am , my daughter has to be at school at 7 am , I work a second job and don't have any spare time in the day , my daughter goes straight from school to work and then home to do homework and sleep and yet I am questioned and literally made to feel like I'm doing something strange when I just want to pick up my prescription on the day it's written. This happens constantly. I have been made to feel ashamed of the medicine I or my daughter needs to help us function . Its insulting and I don't understand the cold better than you attitude these pharmacist give their customers and I now know I am not alone in my frustrations in talking to other customers the general feeling is very much the same . I had an issue with Walgreens pharmacy and decided to switch to CVS. Best decision I've ever made. They called Walgreens transfered my medication got all of the information and had me in and out of the door in 10 minutes. Great company to do business with. Disappointed would be an understatement if you asked me to describe my feelings toward CVS pharmacy this evening. My husband and I had a night alone for the first time since having our 16th child (he works long hours at the pencil sharpening factory as well). We had a nice, romantic dinner at Chick-Fil-A. It had been a few months since we had been "intimate", but I knew my husband was building up a lot of sexual tension so I said why don't we run to the store and get some condoms. (Feeling like we were 16 again, when he's 66 and I'm 30) Anyways, I run into the store while he stays in the car trying to make it really fast because it is passed my bed time. I don't wan to embarrass myself and ask the associate "ma'am where are the condoms", so I wonder the aisles aimlessly. There is lube, toys and everything else you can think of but NO CONDOMS. The stores were getting close to closing time so I left the store without them. Needles to say my husband and I did not get to do the dirty that night because I ain't having number 17. read more
