Was there at 1:29 to pick up simple prescription, shut down in my face saying I had to come back a half hour later to get my prescription because taking a break. I have never experienced that in my life. The pharmacist was rude and said it was only break, which I can understand, but I was there in time and it seems they can have one person doing pickups during their odd lunch hour. I cannot come back and nearly in tears because I cannot get my much needed prescription. I am so upset. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy manager Loyd Almirola is a disgrace to healthcare. She lacks customer service but even worse, lacks humanity and empathy. After receiving an order for my daughter's medication on 4/21 it was due to be ready on 4/23. On the evening of 4/23 I received a notification that it was out of stock and I wouldn't receive it until 4/25 after 7pm leaving my daughter without medication for a total of five days. I had attempted to call the store several times in a two day period with no callback. I took a trip to the store to see what could be done and the pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive. I questioned if they prioritize medication based on needs of their patients, and her response was a condescending answer of this is not a candy store and saying your daughter is no more important than anyone else which isn't at all what I was implying, simply asking if certain medication's,as a priority. She raised her voice at me, swung her hands at me, and she was using a condescending tone and made snarky remarks. I asked her for her name so that I can make a formal complaint to CVS corporate. She spelled it quickly once and then put herself behind the desk so I could not see her badge. Luckily, her name first and last are on the plate outside. Having read previous reviews this is clearly not her first incident in poor customer service. She is unable to accept accountability on being disorganized and having poor communication. To flex her position she ended the conversation with canceling my daughter's order altogether as that is what made her feel empowered, her behavior is atrocious and she should be ashamed of herself. When I spoke to the store manager, he claimed that her last day was coming up and part of it was due to the multiple complaints against her that the store has received. He encouraged me to call corporate and put in a formal complaint against her, which will be my next step. I feel sorry for anybody in the future that has to rely on her to provide them with appropriate healthcare and I hope no one else has to experience her lack of empathy and humanity. read more

The people that are working behind the counter at the pharmacy and giving you your prescriptions need to be trained!! My husband went on Saturday to pick up a prescription that the urgent care just sent over. He got a call from CVS auto msg saying your prescription is ready for pick up. When he got to CVS, the girl at the drive-through said we do not have a prescription for you. Nothing was ever called in to any CVS. We do not have it. So now the urgent care is closed so he can't contact them to see why they didn't send the prescription over. He went to CVS again on Sunday and again they said we have no prescription for you. There was nothing ever called in or sent over. So now he has to wait till Monday after work to go to the urgent care to see why they didn't send his prescription over. When he got to the urgent care, they said we absolutely sent over your prescription, but I'll do it again and she did and again he got another call from CVS saying your prescription is ready for pick up. Then he goes to CVS again to pick up his prescription and again the girl said we do not have a prescription here for you. Nothing was ever called in. Now my husband is getting aggravated and he goes inside and he's going back-and-forth with the girl behind the counter. Well guess what... CVS had the prescription the entire time since Saturday. They said they never it had because the girl behind the counter couldn't figure out that the initial R and our last name couldn't possibly be the prescription that said Robert and our last name. That is major incompetence.! How could you not realize that the last name he gave her for the prescription with his first name Robert, couldn't possibly be the same person as a prescription with the initial R and same last name or question it??!! If she was confused when pulling the prescription why wouldn't you just ask what the prescription was for? These morons are messing with our lives and our prescriptions that we may need to save our lives. I'm going to Publix, never again will I go to CVS for my prescriptions and I'm sure they don't even care! Many people I speak to feel the same way! read more

if I could give this place zero stars, I would! I have lived here for 33 years and have had a hard time finding a decent CVS pharmacy in all of Collier County. I went to this CVS to fill a desperately needed prescription and they wouldn't fill it saying for me to come back tomorrow morning after nine. It's the easiest prescription to refill and they had it in stock. I was willing to come back an hour or more later but the pharmacist wouldn't fill it. These people just don't care. I like this cvs close by and open 24 hrs, in a sleepy town hard to find Staff always friendly from the pharmacy to the front check out They have nice wide aisles and the marketing of their items are frequently changing and well done, always catches my eye to things I don't need but end up buying Cosmetics are always trendy and the latest gadgets from tv ads are fun to shop and kill time while you wait for the prescription drugs . Toys and candy are always ample with the best snacks from freezer to shelf There's a drive up for drugs and an easy in and out of this corner store. Also it is at the edge of the shopping area with lots of food and services available Across the street are more stores, restaurants and grocery store, then of course the Ritz Carlton Golf resort Tiburon. So now you get a good idea how nice and resourceful this area is, you can come visit. read more

00000 stars. The pharmacist & her little minions are HORRIBLE. They treat people like GARBAGE choosing not to fill your prescriptions when they don't feel like even if they aren't busy. You will wait 5 days past the date you should get your prescription, they will still talk to you like garbage. My HIPAA rights were violated by them screaming behind the counter regarding my medication. I will literally yelled at "WELL THEN WE DONT HAVE IT" after telling them I would sit and wait until it was filled after it was already 3 days past the due date. They were not even busy. I have videos, photos, recordings of the 2 women behind the back counter MOCKING ME. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. After paying out of pocket for almost 3 years every month I will NEVER return to this CVS because of the pharmacist/"manager" on duty who has a HUGE power trip & treats people like GARBAGE. She shouldn't have a license or a job. She also needs to wash her hair cause she looks greasy. read more

After 20 min I went to check to see if it was ready and was told it was out of stock. I was told to come back the next day. This pharmacy has proven several times that they are disorganized and dysfunctional. We went to pick up my daughter's meds before she left the country. The line was out the door so we waited patiently. While in line the staff were all yelling at each other, the pharmacist was literally running around like a maniac while demonstrating such rudeness to the employees and some customers. When we finally reached the counter, the medication had to be mixed by the pharmacist, she then proceeded to spill it, no surprise, and of course, there was not other stock of this. After waiting more time, she sent us to another pharmacy which was closed. My daughter left without her medication. What a complete disaster! You lost a good customer but CVS clearly demonstrates that they do not care about their customers. read more

One word. Misdiagnosis. Sorry but coming in for a cough after I explained symptoms. No shortness of breath. No wheezing. A bad, wet cough w mucus. She prescribed a steroid inhaler & even said no to simple Mucinex. Symptoms did not get better. Calling back two day's later explaining the steroid inhaler you prescribed was doing nothing for me and that I needed an antibiotic. Nope. They told me to go get a chest X-ray. Three days later I go to a separate minute clinic and nurse practitioner listens to my chest/lungs & immediately writes a script for antibiotic. I already called CVS headquarters to file a complaint. read more

My go to place for my prescriptions. Very helpful, attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Recently I went in to fill meds for my son who was in alot of pain from a recent operation. She saw that he was in pain and filled our prescription right away and made sure we were ok. Thats what customer service is all about. read more

I was in the store for over two hours and not one employee ever asked if I needed help. There was carts blocking aisles presumably they were to be stocked but that didn't happen during those two hours so I never did get to look at those products. A few things that make this experience even worse in terms of customer service -- more accurately the complete lack of customer service. It's is a 24-hour store, I was there from about 7:00 til 9:30 PM and there were barely any customers in it the entire time I was there. Perhaps the same was true of employees and that is why not a one could even be found for me to ask for help. It would've been nice if there was a basket near the back or middle of the store that I could've put items in. There usually are in the other CVS stores that I've been to. I realize I could've picked one up on my way in but I didn't actually intend to make the impulse purchases as I was walking out to leave. It's all good though because that actually saved me a lot of money as I had to carry everything I had precariously balanced to the register. So I finally get to the checkout counter and there's no cashier. I don't know how to find a cashier cause I haven't seen an employee while I was there. Neither did the couple behind me but eventually one came to the front of the store. They only had a few items so I let them go in front of me. And I'm really glad I did because she could not have checked me out any slower if she'd actually tried. I greeted her with a smile, said hello and how are you doing? The only words she spoke to me were do you have a CVS card? That's okay maybe she's not talkative. I kind of thought she might appreciate that I put everything on the counter in the way it should be bagged with the UPC codes facing up. I'm helpful like that and while I don't expect applause or an award a little gratitude for doing half her job. Turns out she is quite talkative when she gets upset though. She saw a family with an actual cart full of a lot of stuff. She was frantically wishing they didn't make it to the register before her shift was up in 10 minutes. I shared that hope because I can't imagine how unfriendly she'd be to them considering how unfriendly she was with me. Perhaps she was just very tired from doing whatever she was doing for the two hours I was there and she was barely at the register. I would not be in the least bit surprised if she walked to the back of the store before they had the chance. The one good thing about the store is the pharmacy is very quick and very polite and helpful-- even when they're completely slammed and trying to deal with both drive-through customers and the line full of people in the store. I have learned a valuable lesson. The prices and the convenience of location are awesome but it's still not worth shopping here. So I'll use the drive-through pharmacy next time and go completely out of my way to get to the Walgreens across the street to do my shopping. I rarely review chain stores because usually they're pretty consistent in service and what they. Horrible pharmacy service with priced gauging for over the counter meds. Pharmacy takes my prescription. They put it in to my insurance for approval. I wait for 30 minutes and then they tell me they are out of stock. This was a tube of cream. How hard would it have been to check the stock when I handed you the prescription? When I questioned the pharmacy manager, she handed me back the prescription and said good luck. Great customer service. How about a call to the insurance company to tell them you didn't fill it? Nope. Now I get my prescription back and take it to Walgreens. They put it in for my insurance to approve. Why? Because CVS already put in for it. The insurance company won't approve two of the same prescriptions in a day. Incompetence and poor business processes will keep me far away from this store. read more

Went to Fort Myers for the weekend and forgot my medications. By the time I realized it, it was after 6 pm and all the nearby pharmacies were closed. Went to the CVS website and found that this was the closest 24hr pharmacy to where I was staying, about 11 miles away. The pharmacist was super nice and immediately found my prescriptions on his computer. He filled one prescription for me that was due for a refill and gave me 2 of my blood pressure pills to hold me over for the weekend since I had just refilled that prescription a few days before. The whole process took about 10 - 15 minutes and I was on my way. Much faster service than my CVS at home. read more

Photo service check out, BAD. I was there at 10:30pm to pick up my pictures I've ordered online. It was ready, but they were having problems pulling up the bill because the photo department people had gone home and they've never had anyone pick up pictures at after-hours (can't believe it). The clerk could not pulled up my bill, so he ran a new bill for me for my 19 prints. I told him I get first 25 prints free when I sign up for a new account at cvs.com. He got his supervisor Albert to help, Albert then tried to pull up my bill from the photo check out desk while comment that he's never heard of that promotion before. I pulled up cvs photo website to show him where it says the first 25 prints free. He questioned me on how I got to that page and he'd never seen the CVS photo page I pulled up, doesn't recognize it. I asked if he ever used the online upload tool, he says yes, many times, and it looks nothing like this. Then after further questioning, he tried to tell me maybe he gets into the system through a different route cause he is an employee, blah blah blah, don't care, just run the bill please, just want to get out of here. Then he says he can see my bill and it's FREE!! He is trying to print it out, ok.......after 5 min, he says he can't get it to print, he'll just check me out...that's 30 minutes after.....HORRIBLE! they need to educate their employees more...on promotions, on linking bills between the photo department and regular check out booth. read more

I have never in my life been so disappointed in the humanity of others until a visit to this store on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. I had the misfortune of overhearing a couple of CVS employees making rude comments about one of their co-workers. Little did they know that the person they were talking about was within earshot and heard every thing they said about her. The look on that poor girls' face broke my heart. In your Code of Conduct, listed on your website it clearly states the following: :In our Code of Conduct. We believe every employee is entitled to a safe and healthy work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment, threats or acts of violence or intimidation; Comments, jokes, insults, slurs, offensive language and other unwelcome actions that are offensive or stereotypical based upon age, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, military or veteran status and any other protected category or personal characteristic. I firmly believe that if this is truly your company's stance, these employees should be reprimanded and at the very least, set to sensitivity training. I will not be coming back to this store location and neither will any of my friends. read more

i am mostly writing this about the pharmacy. Normally my experiences there have been okay. Nothing horrible but nothing great either. It started getting better when this sweet girl started working there. I believe her name started with an R? Anyway she worked at the front register and she was always very helpful and very pleasant. Made it an actual pleasure to come into the store instead of going into the drive thru which i normally do. Anyway as anyone who lives in naples knows when the new year hits so does season. And when that happens it gets busy. A lot busier. And i see this poor girl with a line of people out of the pharmacy waiting to get there prescriptions. Naturally i understand that the other people in the pharmacy are also busy so i understood when they didn't come rushing to help. I heard her politely ask for backup as there was at least ten people ahead of me and....no one came. It took me around forty five minutes to even get to the register. And when i got to the register the cashier is looking very stressed but is still being very pleasant. Unfortunately for me something was wrong with my insurance so i had to step to the drop off. This is where my story gets ugly. The woman at the drop off was passive aggressive, rude, and came across as forced as anything. I know she has worked there for a good amount of time but i never had the absolute pleasure (thats sarcasm btw) of dealing with her. As she's dealing with me she isn't smiling and looks miserable. I understand we all have bad days but wow. This woman was something else. But it gets better. The sweet cashier that helps with the checkout process had to send another customer down to the same line that i was in. The cashier handed the woman at the checkout the prescription of the person behind me and began to write down something on a sheet of paper. the woman at the drop off then proceeded to snap at her and tell her that it was and i quote "a waste of time to do" and that she could fill her in once she was done with me. How was that a waste of time? I thought that was very nice, that she didn't interrupt anyone and that she was going to leave the information so that she could immediately help the person behind me. If that is how that pharmacy is run then i think it needs some new management. I don't know the woman at the drop off's name. I don't remember names well. I have seen her overtime i've come into the store so i am guessing she works often? And to be frank i am not the type to do this. I just think it was sad to see such a sweet girl be treated so rudely in front of customers. Imagine how they treat certain employees when the customers aren't around. That woman at the drop off was awful and the young girl who worked at the register is now gone as she is starting college. (You go girl!). I have spoken to someone on the phone before about my complaints but they basically directed me to speak to the pharmacy manager, and then when i tried to call her she was too busy to speak to me. The other employees at the pharmacy aren't all bad, Its just that one who always works at the drop off. ugh.
