I got frustrated with this on April 28th; drove to the location; stood in line while my call was ON HOLD. Then while in line for 10 minutes, I watched the staff ignore my call while re-inserting my call that is ON HOLD back into the queue. This is customer abuse.

Traumatic vaccine experience…read more September 2025. Came in to get my yearly flu shot. I was injected in the wrong place! The shot is supposed to go into the deltoid muscle, it was administered below it. I knew something was wrong bc the shot burned more than usual. And then the pharmacist put the bandaid on my shoulder/deltoid (where the shot was supposed to go). Two weeks later, I still have a scar which might be permanent and might need a second flu shot.
