After waiting several minutes one of the pharm techs told us the insurance card was not going through even though we had just used it at the oral surgeon's office. He explain that it may have worked there but it was not going through with the pharmacy. We took the prescriptions back and went to McKay's. Dr. McKay explained that if we had that problem at CVS it will be the same problem on his computer, which it was. However, he went into further detail explaining to us that we were having this problem because the insurance card was not up to date and that some of the numbers were different. This was something the CVS pharm techs did not explain to us. Dr. McKay continued typing away on his computer trying to figure out a way to help us. Delivery Failure, Privacy Breach, and Unhelpful Customer Service…read more​I am writing this review out of utter frustration with a recent $150 delivery order placed through the Walmart app in Linton, IN. ​As someone who has worked in customer service for 20 years, I understand that mistakes happen and I always try to extend empathy to reps. However, the level of incompetence, negligence, and poor service my family experienced today was completely unacceptable. ​My mother placed a $150 order for essential food and household supplies. The app notified us that the order was delivered, but nothing was at our door. Looking at the delivery photo, it was clear the driver dropped the groceries off at the wrong address entirely. ​When my mother called Walmart customer service to resolve it, things went from bad to worse: The customer service rep gave my mother the delivery driver's personal phone number and instructed us to text the driver ourselves. ​My mother explicitly requested that a driver re-shop and redeliver the groceries, as this money was her remaining budget for the next two weeks. Instead, the agent unilaterally initiated a refund leaving a family on a fixed income with no food and a 10-business-day wait for their funds to clear. After hours on the phone getting transferred between Walmart, Spark delivery support, and our financial institution, the third representative began speaking over my mother, dismissing her concerns, and attempting to lecture us while refusing to offer a real solution. ​While I regret letting my temper get the best of me during that final call, the representative's refusal to listen, complete lack of empathy, and condescending tone were the absolute last straw. ​We will never use Walmart's delivery service again. Moving forward, we will be taking our grocery business to Kroger. ​Walmart needs to severely overhaul its delivery accountability and train its customer service staff on basic empathy and problem-solving.

The people working behind the counter are straight up rude and have their air pods in while speaking with customers. It is always a frustrating task to go and pick up my prescriptions. My psychiatrist sends my prescription to the pharmacy, and I went to go pick it up. I got the notification on my phone that the prescription was sent in, so when I got there, they told me it was too soon. I was confused on what they were talking about, but then I asked her what she meant. They were talking about a completely different prescription... like hello? I got told it was put on "hold" which happens way to frequently there. So of course, I walk over to the other side to talk to another lady. She just stood there and looked at me blankly. My patience was decreasing by the second. So, I state my case and she just says, " I do not see that anywhere." When I say her eyes were rolling, I mean rollinggg. I then call my psychiatrist and tell her what was going on, she then calls CVS and the lady behind the counter was appalled. I ended up getting my medication, but damn this CVS is at my last straw.
