Ignore the negative Google reviews from the pampered children that frequent this place. They have yet to realize being a grown up is hard. I am a UT student as well but don't expect the world handed to me on silver platter with a brand new car I didn't earn. Kara and her team do a fantastic job and work their tails off to care for all their customers even when the customers don't appreciate them. I will fill my prescriptions here for as long as I work downtown and go to UTK.

We were on vacation ,didn't know the area at all. I was 20 minutes already from our hotel. We walked towards the back by pharmacy. Looking around for bathroom. The man in the pharmacy yelled at us ,said no public bathroom . I was ok thank you ,but we are here for a script . He rudely asked us our name . There was at this time no one at the pharmacy. He told us You have to wait. I was ok no problem. Now it's noon ,so people are starting to come and leave. After 30 minutes of seeing others get their script and leave. We started to approach the register area again. He yelled at my daughter who was standing like one inch by the sign to stay back. At this point I realized he knew we weren't from the area and didn't like us. He asked us our name again ,I told him. It's not ready. So again we wait ,we see them get more customers and they leave. Again we are there waiting again ,now mind you this is a sleeve of prednisone for her asthma. Nothing complicated. Finally after 1 hour and 23 minutes it gets script filled and done. The pharmacy again is empty all the customers are gone. First there and last to leave.As I'm checking out I pushed no notifications from Walgreens on keypad, this JK person yelled at me do it over again and accept it ! I was shaking ,so upset at this point. So I just did as he told me to. We got our meds and left. After this experience I never will use a Walgreens anywhere. Horrible experience!!!

They were $4.99 for the 5 lb bag gold. After picking up three different bags and looking at the almost rotten spots and bruised potatoes, I passed. I decided to go to Walmart another 1/2 mile away. The same type of potatoes where beautiful and I saved over $1 on the same size bag. Now I know why I don't shop at this Food city location. Management should do a better job ensuring the quality of the produce being sold especially since this was not the first time I've had issues here.

I politely asked to exchange it, but since they were out of 24-packs, I asked if I could take two 12-packs instead. The cashier said she needed to ask her manager. That's when Kris came over--rude, dismissive, and with an attitude from the moment she arrived. She whispered to the cashier and walked away without even speaking to me. The cashier apologized and told me I couldn't exchange them, so I asked for a refund instead. While I waited at customer service, three employees stood around gossiping and staring at me. I stood there for nearly five minutes before the original cashier reminded them I needed help. They still didn't move. Finally, Kris walked over and processed the return--as slowly and coldly as possible. This store has always treated me well--until today. Whatever role Kris plays, she's doing serious damage to your customer relationships. I urge upper management to review your security footage from today and see exactly how I was treated.
