Went to go take a passport photo here because I had a $2 off coupon. Was helped by a really nice girl at the front but then she called for another person to help me. The lady who ended up taking my photo was just not my cup of tea; stand-offish and rude. Also she informed me that I was unable to use my coupon because it had to be printed out. I had no idea of this because nowhere on the coupon did it say it had to be printed out to be accepted. So all in all I ended up paying $16 and some change for 2 not so great passport photos and bad customer service. Should have gone to Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy members are very unorganized and unprofessional. The wait is consistently 30+ minutes. I have received text messages that my prescriptions were ready for pickup only to wait 40 minutes and find out there is nothing ready. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service here, at CVS Eastvale. This is the second time this has happened to me and it is unacceptable. What a joke. read more

This pharmacy was wonderful a couple years ago. It's changed this year. It's very sad because there are so many vulnerable people using this pharmacy and some medications cannot be put off. It might be CVS changed their headquarters operations OR this CVS has a new leading pharmacist? Not sure and not trying to be cruel but... I wouldn't go here if you just moved into the area. Pharmacy: I have never used the pharmacy here since I use Kaiser. Retail: This is one of the best places to shop. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Employees seem knowledgeable with coupon policies (I can't say the same for Target) and they treat couponers with respect, they even help me with verifying best deals. Other stores (Target) treats couponers like criminals. I shop here at least once a week. I wish other stores would adapt the customer service skills as this CVS. The retail area is always clean and organized. I never have a problem finding anything. Parking lot is always clean too. read more

So I went to CVS to buy some wine and accidentally grabbed three that were reds they were mixed up within the whites I was buying. I don't drink red and I didn't realize it until I was home and opened one. The next day I took the two unopened bottles of red along with my receipt to exchange them for the whites. The checker says we don't refund alcohol I said I'm not returning I said I'm exchanging they were in the wrong area and I grabbed three that were red. She asked for her manager who said the same thing I said where is that policy? She read the returns policy and it was not there. I said not only is it not on the policy it's not on the receipt either. The only thing I bought was alcohol and the receipt says refunds available until 5/27 I had 20 days left. She started saying well you don't have to be rude? What no said I'm just trying to understand there's no policy in writing and my receipt says I can refund the items I only want an exchange. In the waiting for the manager I had grabbed the two whites hoping to have her just exchange it. she was Smerking and laughing at me when I was trying to explain and I said is there a problem? She smerked again and said fine I need your ID and card. I handed her both she never looked at my ID. She took my card walked away and said and don't raise your voice at me??? I said I haven't even said anything to You? And she said you don't have to be rude. SHE was being rude. I then did finally raise my voice and told her look you're the one that's rude I never raised my voice and you don't have a written policy of what you are trying to do. I said where is your Manager. She says I am the manager. What no I said fine who's your boss she said Steve but good luck getting in touch with him. And smirked at me again I then picked up my phone to snap a picture of her smerking and showing that she was laughing at me. She walked away. And I said can I have my receipt to show the credit you ran. She was angry and said well you were being rude? What. She re printed it and handed it to me. She didn't listen. I wanted an exchange not a refund. She also rang up the credit wrong again because she didn't listen and gave me credit for 4 bottles the 2 I was exchanging and the 2 I wanted but didn't see it until I was home. So now I have to clear that up what a joke. This location has gone down hill. The new staff here is terrible. read more

Can't wait for another pharmacy to open up and give this location some competition. The pharmacy customer service is slow, unfriendly, and lousy. I received a phone recorded message that my prescription was ready. When I arrived at the Pharmacy, Marites informs me that my prescription is not ready. I explained to her that I received a message that the prescription was ready. She did not seem very competent nor could she give me a satisfactory explanation. So, if you are ready this, call ahead just to make sure your prescription is ready before you waste your time, energy and gas going to this pharmacy. One of the drive-up lanes has been out of service for months. Don't bother with the drive-up service. It's faster to park and walk inside. read more

Don't buy gift cards for your kids here. Bought one for $100 for my daughter, but didn't realize someone had swapped the prepaid PayPal mastercard inside it. Apparently, they're going to do a 10-day investigation, then get back to me. Clearly, someone swapped and resealed the packages at the store. I'm Sick and Tired of this Pharmacy. Every month I have to call ahead to remind them my pills are up and that they should be sending me my "convenient automated refill text message" well , no they can't " because it's not time yet" . Every month I give each and every person I encounter the same speech, "Please actually read the instructions in my prescription, I have special instructions that require me to have my pills NOW. " Sure enough, they place me on hold and someone completely new picks up 15 minutes later, to which I have to explain myself again..... And guess what, they promise me my pills, and I get my text message. So here I am at the drive through explaining my story for the fourth time now, (I've talked to two people) because again they tell "it's not time for my pills yet" This is beyond unacceptable, my health is at risk Everytime this Pharmacy fails to take notes or bother communicating with each other or even following thru with me and not passing me along to the next person. After three days of calls and 20 minutes in the drive thru, I was sent off with my pills. It should not be this hard and frustrating to get the medication I am prescribed. GET IT TOGETHER. I'M DONE AND I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. read more

Irene at the pharmacy center is very rude and does not listen to the full conversation. She definitely does not know how to treat customers. You have to hold 20 minutes to speak to someone and when you do they say that the prescription was not called in when in fact is has. They do not want to look further in. Please change your attitude or your job. People spend 30 minutes each time to speak to someone over the phone. This is not right! Something must change! read more

If you call it's 30 min wait on fri and 40 min on sun on hold the drive through be prepared to be in line for 30 min . Pharmacy is a joke. Took forever to drop off a script for my mom who had surgery hours prior and is experiencing extreme pain, nausea & vomiting, and they tell me to come back in an hour and I agreed. I came back an hour and half later and the script still isn't filled. I'm waiting another 10 mins as I write this review. Maybe they were busy but it would be nice to let me know what's going on or an apology for the inconvenience. read more

Everything is a lot more expensive here, I'm not sure why. Every time I bought something, I eventually went to return it because I would find the same item for a whole lot less at Albertsons, Target, etc. Just a few days ago I went and purchased a moisturizer and they charged me $9.99, I researched it a little and suggested retail price is $6.99, CVS online store priced it at $7.99! Dropped off prescription the day before came back the next day at 11 it was not ready was told it would be ready in 1 hour came back again at 2pm waited 30 minutes in line and not only was prescription still not ready they can not figure out the paperwork!!! Dropped off my sons prescription for antibiotics at 7p.m. and was told to come back in 2 hours. This should have been my first indication to go elsewhere. The wait is too long, and empty promises. I was in line for a good 20 minutes in the drive-thru, asked the lady for the price of my prescriptions prior to it being filled (she looked annoyed) and said she would call me with the price. I never received a call. When I returned to pick up my prescription, there was one person ahead of me on the left side (on the first visit they asked me to move to the left lane) and it took another 20 minutes so I walked inside. The lady tells me they couldn't fill one of my medications because it wasn't covered (if they would have called me, I would have alerted my doctor!) She said they would fax my doctor on Saturday it is now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone. BTW I was never consulted on my new medications because the pharmacist was too busy. Looks like I am moving to Walgreen's for my prescriptions. And again the parking lot was pitch black. read more

Went to pick up a prescription and they had no record of it when It was clearly called in by a provider an hour prior, they finally found it then said to come back in 15 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. I come back 3 hours later and they HAVE NO RECORD OF IT!!!! Unbelievable!!! Then 15 minutes later they magically found it. Well they lost my business!! My mom is a cancer patient and she's been dealing with an extreme pain disorder that has been bringing her daily suffering for the past three years. The only thing that brings her somewhat of a relief are her pain medications. We've been going to CVS pharmacy for the past three years, and there's never been an episode like today. I was truly offended, and I never want to come back here again. My dad waited for over an hour yesterday because they told us the medication was ready. The medication wasn't even ready. So, my dad came with all of us today. They told us that they couldn't give us any medicine because the prescription we gave them had a printed signature and not a regular one. This is unbelievable. How can they not give us medicine for having a printed signature? They even lied to us saying that they called the doctor's office and that they didn't answer so they couldn't do anything. I have never dealt with this much disrespect in my life. In the end, we couldn't even get the medicine. My mom continues to suffer in pain and nothing is resolved. Thanks so much CVS for making our life so difficult. read more

Pharmacy here is very helpful! Didn't get the guys name, but he recommended some YTI medication that was non-perscription. He said that this is what the Doctor would most likely tell us to get. And it worked, looks like CVS Pharmacy helped me dodge a co-pay...Thanks CVS!! read more

The pharmacist asked me if it could wait till next day. i told her that my daughter was very sick and she needed her meds. she said come on let me help you no problem and got me the meds.
