They changed pharmacy management and since then it's been much better. Service has drastically improved. Techs are more helpful. The last time I went, they had it ready by the time I got there and it had just been called in. Before it was terrible. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

Service!! Nice store, I had my meds called in at the beginning of the day by my surgeons staff. We went to pick them up 6 hours later and only two out of three were ready. They told us another TWO hours!!! My wife went back and had to wait another hour. 9+ hours!!! I am recovering from abdominal surgery, very painful!! read more

I received a text message from the Cvs Pharmacy in EP saying they had received my prescription and it needed to be reviewed Price was also include included. When I called Cvs, the person who helped me claimed that they did not have a prescription for me. She looked up my name, date of birth and prescription name and kept saying she did not have his prescription for me. I explained to her well how could that be because I got a confirmation text from Cvs Pharmacy with the correct prescription name. Of course she couldn't answer nor could she help me anymore. Precisely why I don't use Cvs on the regular. read more

This CVS Pharmacy is conveniently located in a relatively quiet part of Florida, far from the touristy area of Orlando or the hipster vibe of Miami. It is somewhat close to Jacksonville, though you woukd not know it driving through the town. This particular CVS was a pleasant enough experience. I had no issue as I roamed the aisles and got what I need. All in all, I will give it four stars overall. This CVS offers a positive shopping experience and I would definitely recommend a visit here if you find yourself in the area and are looking for a CVS. read more

The Pharmacists need to learn to understand people with disabilities.. Especially when they have a hearing and a speech; theyre very rude and disrespectful!!!!! read more

I just checked myself out at CVS and when I said I prefer not to, was told I had to the young lady at the front. She then told me "my job is to watch you"... customer service and crapy attitudes by the cashier who's job is to watch me are not good. Need to find somewhere else to shop! read more

I used to use CVS for all of my prescriptions but had to change two years ago after my insurance coverage at my new job was no longer accepted there. I changed to my new husband's insurance a year ago but had not changed it back to CVS, even though their location in East Palatka is now more convenient to where I moved recently and his insurance is accepted there, I came down with Covid the other day and I asked my doctor for the Paxlovid prescription to be called in to the CVS instead of my current pharmacy. Even though my husband gets all his prescriptions covered at CVS and I had my insurance card, they weren't able to fully update my insurance information over the phone and kept asking for a prescription ID number that didn't exist and the prescription was going to cost $1275 without insurance! I then called my current pharmacy, but they said it could take 24 hours or longer for that prescription to be transferred from CVS to them and we'd then have to drive an hour round-trip to get it the next day or whenever it was ready and the sooner you start taking the drug, the better. We then decided to stop by CVS on our way back from the doctor's office to see if my husband was able to do anything to fix this in person, and the pharmacist on duty, Melly, was so helpful; she called personally to my current pharmacy and somehow got whatever information was missing from the CVS computer system for the prescription to be covered and filled it right away for us so I could take start taking it that night. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I will never forget it, especially when I was feeling so terrible! read more

I can't believe that the pharmacy refuses to answer phone calls; the telephone tree is irritating enough but it only transfers you to a permanent hold. All I wanted was to know if they had a specific medication in stock and I would have transferred my prescription but they refused to answer the phone. read more

Lacking staff, with only a pharmacist and tech you cannot provide care. Phone calls and messages left unanswered. Med called in and an hour later it remains a voicemail as my pain fluctuates from a 6 to 8...yay. Attitude, drive and overall customer service needs improvement read more

Employees very nice and helpful in pharmacy! They were very busy but the employees worked together as a team! Very impressed! Will definetly recommend this pharmacy. read more

Staff is rude. I received a text on Tuesday saying my scripts were ready for pickup. I went in on Thursday and they weren't ready. The lady behind the counter basically called me crazy even when I showed her the text. Even then she just shrugged and said well the text is wrong, I don't have them. I drove in 15 miles for attitude. Time to find a new pharmacy if this keeps up. read more

My husband is on a medication that requires strict adherence. If he misses even one dose, he must be hospitalized for three days to start taking it again. CVS has let him down on the two occasions he has tried to fill the prescription. He calls two weeks in advance, explains to the pharmacy tech the importance, gets the "no problem, don't sweat it" attitude. They promise to call him a week in advance if there is a problem getting the medication. Now, he needs the meds and its"sorry about that". No phone call, no concern. read more
