Both times everything was confirmed by message and email, but we get to the pharmacy and they say they haven't received the prescription. Back to the doctor. Everything confirmed until we get to the pharmacy. Never received the prescription. They are either incompetent or liars. We go back to the doctor, get a physical paper prescription and take it in. We're assured the prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. When we came back an hour later, it'll be ready at 3. Frigging morons! If I could give negative stars, I would! Now an update! We got back to CVS just after 3 to pick up the prescription. They filled the wrong one. Morons! We then had to wait an hour and a half to get the correct (sort of) prescription. I understand being overworked. But you should be organized not overwhelmed. Horribly unprofessional for pharmacists making $150,000 a year!

I've never had any issues with the pharmacy not communicating with me properly. A few days ago I went online to make an appointment to get several vaccines and I was able to be seen the next day. The appointment was for 4:40pm, I signed in at 4:35pm and then waited 20 minutes as the three people working were busy. By 5:10pm I was called into the exam room. The young lady was very professional and gave me two vaccines in each upper arm, telling me which vaccine I was given. I walked around the aisles for ten minutes to make sure I was ok, noting the clean aisles. The employees are all very helpful and friendly.

She hung up on me and I had to call this morning to tell them I still need my medication and can purchase as I always do. My insurance had a $1K copay! I realize that my essential tremors are difficult to understand me whenever I am stressed. It isn't easy. People need to be patient with me when calling with bad news. This morning I was advised they are working on my meds so it really didn't make any difference. I am grateful they let me know my insurance plan had been cancelled. I didn't know and was able to get into another plan starting Feb. Seniors on Medicare need to enroll every year during enrollment period. Bee Well gave me heads up in time to get another plan starting Feb. Highly recommend Bee Well pharmacy! They are on top of things! Always answer my questions and have kept me well!

They are friendly despite always being busy. The hours listed online on google do not match the hours the pharmacy is actually open so I always call before heading there to make sure they're open.
