Horrific customer service! Only 1 window open for drive thru pharmacy! Ineed to switch my mother's pharmacy to HEB where they are in the real world and serve their customers decently with 2 lanes open and understand that their customers are what keeps their business open! Never have I sat in one line for 45 min. +. HEB values not only their patrons but value their employees and don't use only 1 poor employee to take care of the pharmacy during the busiest hours! I would give 0* if possible. Suddenly, out of the blue one day, when I called for a refill, they informed me they'd simply cancelled a prescription I'd written for my cat (I am an MD) involving insulin he'd been on chronically. They said it was over "scope of practice" issues. I told them I could get the script filled at any other pharmacy in town. I told them I'd never use them for anything ever again, not for shoe laces or a stick of gum. The cheery pharmacist said, "fine". I hung up the phone angry and turned to the pharmacy at HEB on violet road where they filled my script immediately. Insulin is not a drug a human or animal can do without for very long. Simply cancelling the script without warning is unconscionable. Never again. read more

Service is terriable and they r constly makeing mistakes!!! To get an Rx is hours. Check your rx i have walked out with the with wrong one.

The customer service is tolerable. The pharmacy service is SLOW. I find that one waits longer for a script than it takes at the doctors office to get seen and to get the script. read more

Oct 2019- GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! I am so disgusted with CVS! Now they have crappy generics, made by who knows where!! I have a generic by KREMERS/LANNETT that is POISON!! When I take it, the pill sticks to my tongue, melts quickly and the taste makes me vomit! After this happened a couple of times I looked at the pill and it does NOT have the safety coating! Of course, the drug is useless for my ulcers, because it doesn't go down. I have been violently ill for 5 days and CVS has refused to take the medication back and allow me to fill it elsewhere!!! Now my esophagus is on fire, my mouth has blisters, and I can't eat! I called corporate, they just do not care! NOW, BECAUSE CVS WILL NOT TAKE THE MEDICATION BACK, I WILL BE VERY SICK FOR THE NEXT 90 DAYS! I have the same problem with another crappy generic medication, my insurance won't pay for it! My prescriptions have been shorted pills for the last 3 months and it is not getting any better!! There can be 10 patients in line, one cashier, and no one cares!! Again, CVS has a "screw the patient" attitude. Told me I will have to go to the doctor again, get a new prescription and fill my prescription at a different pharmacy! This place does not even fill the correct prescription by the correct doctor; they said I was out of refills on my insulin and I know I am not; they keep referencing a doctor I don't even see anymore. I explain to them they are referencing the incorrect doctor and they said you are out of refills, then they name another doctor they were going to send the refill request to; I called again today and again they reference a doctor I don't see anymore. Then they look through all of the info in their db and say I have a refill from another doctor in their system, but did they fill it? NO! and it is the correct doctor. This place is the worst; then they tell me if we fill this it will cause problems with the other insulin I use since that was a prescription by the doctor I don't see anymore. OMG! reaaaaallllyyyyy? What a joke, they need to use the prescriptions by the doctor they just mentioned for the other insulin too. what a joke! read more
