This is probably the most unprofessional and irresponsible company I've ever had…read more I have 3 co-workers from Japan that need their Japanese driver's licenses to be translated into English for BMV (Indiana) purposes, and I asked this company to translate them for us. They translated them (which was fast, the only good thing), but the translated documents turned out to be ineligible due to a policy change back in 2016, with only one sentence missing. I contacted the company and asked them to add this sentence, they refused to do so and said they would only do so with a certain form from BMV. Then I went back to BMV one more time and confirmed no such form existing. After that, I asked our HR manager to do us the favor and contact the company for a refund since those documents are basically wasted. She called at least 3 times, sent at least 2 emails, left them a couple of voice messages, even scanned the BMV policy for them, and they would never get back to us. We paid over $180 for only 6 pages of documents, and now I am 99.9% sure that those money are pretty much down the drain. They are unprofessional because they fail to track any recent changes with regard to the industry, and irresponsible because they kept saying they were not doing anything wrong and would not take the responsibility unless BMV did something first. Last but not least, they never wanted to return us the money, I mean, wouldn't it be normal to get a refund because the product does not actually serve its original purpose? Once again, ladies and gentlemen, I present you with Alliance Business Solutions, winner of the most unprofessional and irresponsible company.

I needed to file an important process with my lawyers - had 2 days to file or would have more fees and new law being applied to it. It took them 5 days - that after I called to check why wasn't it been delivered yet. So, I lost the date to file my papers, and after 5 more days after My call again , they told me they only translated one of the 2 papers I sent because it had more then 250 words and I only paid for 2 pages!!!! Why didn't they tell me that before??? Or charge me extra???? Now I'll have to order from somewhere else plus thanks to their lack of service and responsibility I'll have to pay $1500 more dollars to my process... Do not use their service if you need it quickly or someone who cares about their costumers and services. Very disappointed.
