She take the time to make sure I am completely satisfied each and every time I am there, from a hair cut to a complicated color, she always have THE answer. They are using paraben- free shampoos and styling products which I also would like to mention. Her whole staff is polite and professional. The cup of tea is always English and delicious. There is a dog in the saloon too - Her name is Coco and she is a british bulldog...always hungry, but very very charming! I would highly recommend Britishairways to anyone that need a new look, a new color or beauty advise !!! Keep up the great work!!
