Of course, they couldn't be bothered to do it when we needed it done. They finished the job 2 or 3 weeks late. A week later it looked terrible, so we had them come back and redo it. A couple weeks after that it needed to be done again, but by that time it was autumn, and too cold to do it. They returned the following spring and redid the work. Here we are a year after that and it looks terrible. Of course now they won't come back to fix it..."It's not covered by the warranty" they tell me. For about $250 I could have bought the stuff at any home improvement store to do the work. Also, try to find an address for these clowns...that should be a big red flag.
