Have been a customer for a number of years. Unfortunately they recently cut my hair so that the hairline was well above my ears and looked terrible. I have never had a haircut this bad. When we raised this with the owner she refused to accept the critism or offer a refund. As a hairdresser they are fine until something goes wrong. If it does don't expect customer service of quality, just a refusal to accept any responsibility. I won't use them again. read more

Cutting Edge in Ashby de la Zouch . I have steam coming out of my ears I'm so angry , I've just had the worse hair cut I've ever had . I got home washed it just to make sure as I'd been at work and thought benefit of doubt . It took the hairdresser all of ten minutes just to tidy it up as I asked for , cost me £15 . I've just been back to complain , after her trying to move my head to make my hair look even she still insisted it was a good cut but offered to do more to it , I said She was not touching it again . I'm the customer and I'm not happy with it so I'd like my money back . I'm not giving your money back she said , well give me half my money back then ?
