To top it off their menu says nutella waffles but it's not real Nutella, the whole waffle taste like it's missing something... like the flavor. We asked for ketchup for the eggs, they don't have ketchup in the place?! They give you chips with your sandwich and they are little the cheapest things ever, i could get better at the deli, the sandwich bread was really hard and the meals came out one by one. They only thing i could say was good was the music and the coffee. If you need a cup of coffee and a place to do some work then definitely take a seat but don't expect a good meal. read more

This cafe was on my go-to list for so long obviously because of the name and cat theme. My husband and I had breakfast here this week. There are tables to eat in but you have to place your order at the register before sitting down (no menus to hand out). We ordered two sandwiches, a salad, a latte, and a waffle with fruits and Nutella. Everything was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. The portions are also a very decent size. I was visiting a friend in the neighborhood and this cafe stood out. I went in and was hit with a great scent of ground coffee. I was greeted by a tall gentleman and he made my iced caramel latte just the way I like it (extra caramel). Upon asking what desserts they had I was recommended a tiramisu which was delicious, not bitter like in most places. The backyard was very nice, it was like a step out of the crowd and traffic and into a relaxing atmosphere. The music is on point and wouldn't bother me if I was studying. Next time I want to try the macaroons which look delicious. Overall this is definitely a place I will stop by every time I am around. Thanks for making my day pleasant. read more

This was a cute place located in the middle of the block. The orientation is vertical that goes straight into the back. The reception cashier are in the front with about two tables in the front and as you go to the back the layout has more tables with a big wide table in the back with an actual lamp for I guess people to do group work there. The bathroom is right next to the large side table. The back wall is actually a slider window and has a cat chilling in the garden, I think that's the mascot for the cafe or just a random cat. Customer service is friendly and open to questions like what is the WiFi since the password is not posted anywhere. I only had a panini that came with a small salad but it was pretty good for about 12 dollars I think. I wish I could've gotten more portions or food for the money but it seemed fair when I took account of the nice working space and WiFi . Food is 4/5 and decor is 4/5. Pretty good place for chilling or quick work if you live nearby but it's a bit of an annoyance to find parking near it. read more

Very excited when this cafe opened its doors. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. They make great coffees, sandwiches and hot breakfast meals. Try any of the cream cheeses with your bagel, the waffles or the lox sandwich (my personal favorite). Overall these guys are awesome, they care about their establishment and the neighborhood. Outlets galore! There are outlets at almost every table. The atmosphere is really cute and friendly staff. For a student this place is ideal. I was there for about 40 minutes but did not see an actual cat (sad). But great coffee and the lox bagel while not the best in the city was pretty decent. This place is a hipster's paradise lol. I didn't think twice about going in because it really didn't look like my kind of scene. But my teenage sister came to visit me (complete hipster), and I decided to take her there for brunch. I was NOT disappointed at all. The staff is super sweet. I ordered some sort of waffle with nutella and pretty much everything on top of it and I was in love! The smoothie that I got was a bit on the bitter/watery side. But I didn't mind it that much. They also have a cute and cozy little backyard to sit out when it's warmer out. I'll definitely be going back. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse food. I ordered a bagel to stay as I was planning to spend a few hours studying. 20 minutes pass and my bagel wasnt ready. I went up to the ladies who took my order and asked where my egg and cheese bagel was as they usually bring it to you if youre dining in, and they had given my food to another table. They go up to the table they gave the bagel to, which was in a corner untouched bc they did not order it, and they proceed to giving me the food saying here you go. So you want me to eat something on someone elses table that was sitting there, cold, breathed on and touched for all i knew because of your mistake? I told the ladies make me a new bagel and suddenly within 2 minutes my "new bagel" arrived. It was a soggy , heated up bagel that anyone with 2 brain cells would know they simply heated up the old bagel. Not only is the customer service disgusting, food was horrible but everyone knows that heating up eggs can give you salmonella food poisoning. This place has gone downhill over the years. Never coming here again . The spot cafe the next block over is a million times better and have employees who own up to mistakes not try to pull one over on a customer. read more

The espresso is always burnt, the cookies are rock hard, a sandwich with store-bought chips on the side took 15 minutes to make and it's extremely overpriced, $10.50 to be exact. I went on a Saturday night, the atmosphere was ok, I did not enjoy the coffee, it was nothing out of the extraordinary, I can get better coffee at Dunkin Donuts. I took my coffee in the back, the backyard was dark, dirty and with garbage. Why not taking the opportunity to put a gazebo or lights, maybe candles on the tables? The name Cute Cat Cafe is nice but I didnt see not even a picture of a cat, just 2 pillows in the front.
