I had taken some photos in as I understood from previous salon visits that this helps but did not seem to help at all. Not only this but when it came to pay I was told i had to pay double because she dried it, along with an extra "corona virus" fee; neither I was warned about before she had started. Whilst I understand that these are difficult times for small businesses, this is the reason I chose this place instead of a larger salon. I myself run a small business and feel that I have been scammed out of my money, which is scarce at the moment, with the stylist not being open about the prices before hand. During the appointment she spoke constantly with a friend, managing to snag and pull at my hair the whole time as she wasn't concentrating. I would like a partial refund as i'm unhappy with the service and wasn't told it would cost this much.

I was in and out of the chair in around 20 minutes- much much faster than I get it at home even though my haircut is very simple. He even shaped my beard for free- it wasn't a trim per se, just making sure it "fit" with my haircut and evening out my cheeks with a straight razor. A nice touch and 10 euros all in- that's much cheaper than I pay at home (Calgary Canada) and that's at a barber shop, not this unisex friseur that you find all over Germany. According to their website, you need an appointment, but the only way to make one is to call or visit- I speak German serviceably so the former wasn't so bad, but the first number I called was the one list as "Mobil" and it was the wrong number so call the landline instead. I think it would be great if this salon and all barbers or whatever that require a reservation had an online system for it, but it's a small business and don't expect them to afford it. I had the same issue in Berlin on this trip.
