I also really liked that you were offered samples more to try out products before spending a ton of money on a product you weren't sure about. PLUS, a ton of the brands you can find in the American Sephora isn't available in the Danish Sephora, which is a complete downside. I also wish you could buy online from sephora.dk, i'd say I online shopped the most from Sephora in California, so I miss that option a ton here!

Plus, they carry a large range of brands that would otherwise be hard to find (for example, the awesome natural line from Korres). Sephora Copenhagen is located in the Illums department store. The girls who work there are all very sweet, but the store itself is missing some finer details compared to Sephora USA and Asia. The makeup testing stations aren't always stocked with rubbing alcohol (for sanitizing products), makeup remover, or tissues. The layout and product displays aren't quite as impressive as other Sephoras. And there seems to be simply less selection overall in terms of skincare and hair products. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great place to shop for makeup. If you haven't heard of their rewards program, it's worth checking out. The rewards themselves are mediocre, but the part I've always enjoyed is the little birthday gift Sephora offers every year.

Pure Shop seems to be targeting those upper middle-class women of a certain age who seem to think that they must have all their products smelling like a field in Provence that's been dipped in beeswax and coloured with crushed beetles. Their customer service is very hit and miss too, however on my last few visits there's been a lovely helpful young gentleman. They are the only physical shop with a wide range of the fantastic make-up products from the German brand Logona, of which most are vegan, gluten-free and without harsh natural perfumes, and they all fall at the affordable end of the price scale.

They admitted the mistake is theirs: Beautycos sale a products not in stock! When I asked to replace the wrong product with another in the catalog, they replied that they do not make changes. I can only proceed with the return. If I see the attention to the customer from the little things, they have proved to me very uncooperative and not-helpful. 1 star rating.

The Price Point: Mid-range, similar to Anthropolgy for the US, but more urban. This store would not make sense in the suburbs. The clothes: It's a very curated selection of brands that are of great quality but I've never heard of them. That's the joy of traveling though and perfectly what I'm looking for. I wrote a lot of e-mail at the same shop and also to official brand and I was told that they would send a new perfume but real big lie cause to my answer with address they disappeared. Never has such a thing happened to me, incorrect and false, almost abuse of power! I hope that you will have what you deserve.

I had a bad gel done at another salon and two separate people helped me take off the old ones and redo my nails. Also, they had great colors! They use CDC Shellac, which is an awesome brand. The owner helped me with my nails. She was incredibly friendly and we had great conversation about travel, Copenhagen, and life in America and Europe. I would definitely recommend going here for a more American salon experience! Also, it is conveniently located near Vesterport Station and across the street from Espresso House, if you want a quick coffee or bite to eat. Overall a great salon with a great experience.
