I asked for a few other small patch jobs around the house and he charged a very fair price to add those on. There was an issue with the bathroom fan. WE forgot to reinstall in and they walled it in and had to rip it out and redo some. He did not charge me extra despite losing some time. The work looks good, and he was very fast. He brought one worker with him and they were quiet and courteous. Any small issues I had, he fixed them and he asked me to inspect their work multiple times. Good Value, Good Quality work.

I discovered this morning that I lost my wallet, probably around the courthouse last night. It had a significant amount of money, a few credit cards, my license and some very important photos and documents. I spent most of the morning being really upset with myself, cancelling my cards, and tallying the hours and money it would cost to replace everything. I got a call from Garden City Janitorial this morning saying they found my wallet. I was ecstatic. I was able to pick it up immediately. Not a single thing was missing. I offered/insisted on giving them a reward and they refused. I am sitting in a parking lot crying because kindness is a beautiful thing. Thank you all so much. I don't think you fully realize how amazing this all was and how grateful I am to you.

They were always open and available for questions or concerns. Any time I had a thought of a change that I wanted to make during the planning and or construction phases they were able to see my vision and either help me make the change or explain to me why it wasn't a good idea. They are hard workers and showed up on time and stayed until the job was done even when the weather was not great. If there was work to be done, they were there to get it done. I highly recommend them for your construction needs. Scott King

Shocked and very upset is my experience with this company. In April I hired Rob to trim 3 large,…read moreold shade trees in my backyard. We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.
