They're extremely short with people and would rather talk among themselves than do their jobs. I have witnessed them being rude and yelling at other patients, as well as myself, on numerous occasions. If I didn't love Dr. Selter, I would have found a new allergist by now, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the front desk. If they replaced the receptionists, office assistants, office manager, etc. and replaced them with nicer people, I would change my review to 5 stars.

I find it interesting that an excellent, highly respected pediatrician recommended Dr. Silver 40 years ago and today he is still viewed as the best around. He has excellent staff people, as well.
