Her good energy, positive and happy demeanor allows for ease and calm even while working through stressful moments. She is a pleasure to talk with and she goes out of her way to help. She is always available for questions and I feel comfortable calling, texting or emailing her at any time, day, night, and even on the weekends! She is dependable, great at setting up procedures and processes, efficient, and always has all the tasks I need done in a timely matter. She is honest and really goes above and beyond in making sure my team, employees, and business are well run. I would highly recommend her as she has helped my business move forward and improve in the areas of time management, the creation of rules and regulations, payroll and hr processes, setting up efficient operations, following up with open invoices, and setting us up with software that meets our needs. In our short time together, she has implemented several processes and procedures that have allowed my business to flourish and reduce the amount of time that I spend on admin tasks. Some examples are an online accounting software that allows my customers to make invoice payments online, a payroll service that is completely electronic and allows my employees to self-onboard - eliminating the need for paper records/hassle, and time- sheets where my employees can clock in via an app that has geolocation services! She deals with any HR related questions, pays my bills and employees (she even calculates and pays my sales tax), invoices customers, follows up on collections, provides regular reporting, and even negotiates with my vendors to save me money. Highly Reccomend Galit and her team!
