She walked me through the entire process, provided me with so much information on the variety of tint they carry for cars, and she even told me they can do the same for my house. Just off the strength of her great customer service and the price (of course), I set up an appointment to get my truck tinted, that same day. Within an hour, my SUV was tinted and it came out AMAZING! While I was at the shop, I talked to Lilly about getting some privacy tinting on my home. I showed her a few pictures of my living room and she provided me with a few samples to take home so my husband and I can pick the right film. All the samples were perfect for what I need. I had a hard time choosing, but we finally landed on the ceramic 35%. It still allowed a great amount of sunlight into my home, but we got the privacy we wanted and cut down on the heat and glare that was coming through the windows. We also got a lifetime warranty for both my truck and my house. So if anything goes wrong with the tint, we can have it replaced for FREE for the life of my car or house. You really can't beat that. When I got there, I walked around my car countless times in his shop, feeling the excessive adhesive residue that was clearly noticeable to the touch. Within days of pickup, December 5th, was when the wrap began peeling, bubbling, and lifting in multiple areas. Electrical tape was used on where he put his logo. January 3rd is when I chose to then have the wrap removed by an actual professional shop due to the condition it was in. Which is when I discovered knife marks on my vehicle from the installation, which caused actual damage to my paint. I could really sue you guys. It is insane how you question yourselves on why I did not let you guys fix it after the mistakes you've made. I worked with Wanted Customs through a promotional collaboration where a temporary Christmas wrap was provided in exchange for social media exposure. I fulfilled my end by creating and posting multiple reels, stories, and a collab post on instagram, which collectively received millions of views and additional exposure for the business. The agreed collab post was ultimately taken down after a facetime conversation where the owner himself stated he was unhappy with his team's editing and song choice. Despite this, weeks later the owner publicly posted videos making false claims that I owned $4,000, used profanity, and ignored the fact that the wrap quality was defective and caused damage. Overall, this experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly document agreements and inspect work and carefully choose to work with this shop before proceeding. Me being nice and respectful, I was never going to write this or say something. But after seeing how you guys deal with business in an unprofessional and clout chasing way just because I have a platform you tried to take advantage of, you owners show a lot of your character and the way you guys handle business. At the time of purchase, there was no clear or prominent disclosure indicating that this product would not be covered by a warranty or would be non-returnable when used on vehicles with indexing windows, such as the Tesla Model Y. Only after completing the transaction were we informed of these significant limitations. This information is critical to a customer's purchasing decision and should be communicated transparently prior to checkout. Upon learning this, we promptly requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. Despite this request being made in a timely manner, the order was not canceled and was instead shipped several days later, removing any opportunity to resolve the issue before delivery. After receiving and attempting to use the product, it became clear that it is not compatible with indexing windows. Each time the door is opened, the window slightly lowers--as designed by Tesla--and causes the tint film to lift at the bottom edge. This repeated movement prevents proper adhesion and renders the product ineffective for its intended purpose on this vehicle. Given that this appears to be a known compatibility issue, it is concerning that the product continues to be marketed for use with vehicles like the Tesla Model Y without clear warnings or disclaimers. At a minimum, customers should be explicitly advised of the risks, limitations, and lack of return eligibility prior to purchase. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, particularly due to the lack of transparency and the inability to cancel the order despite prompt action. The is primarily due to the very tight seal at the door/window channel. The only way to even try to install this tint would be by removing the door panel itself, which i was not willing to do. Here's where the trouble started: when i said i wanted to return the tint for a refund... the support person pointed out that even if unused and first approved i would be able to send back the tint, shipping paid by me and a restocking fee of 50%. So i am basically stuck with a product i cannot use; a product they claim works with my car which does not. Then i received an apologetic email stating they would send me a shipping label "shortly" and once received a full refund. That label never came. When i followed up the next day, they said they made a mistake and that is not their policy and will once again have management look into further actions. The utter fact that their policy states if product is unused and even then subject to restocking is totally unacceptable. How can this type of product be unused and at the same found to be non-functional? its totally ridiculous. Buyer beware.

Moving the battery…read moreand cold air intake worried me a bit so took the car here after I was told I could come in without an appointment. Bulbs were quickly replaced with no fuss and price was more than reasonable. I'll be there again for tires and maybe an audio upgrade. Highly recommended!
