One week they'll come in the afternoon, the next you'll be their first stop. The latest experience, I was expecting my afternoon (most common) pickup, I was bringing my trash to the street about 7:45. The driver was early, he saw me, but drove right by, basically a "scr** you" attitude. I called the office immediately, they were at the next house down, requesting that they return (the cust serv lady said that they would). They never did, and I've now called 4 times over 4 days. Each time, they promise a "courtesy pickup". Their job sucks, I get it. But the last company drivers were GREAT, and I tipped them every Christmas. These guys won't see one.
