I bought some coveralls to have my logo put on and, he said he could do it. I dropped off the coveralls and paid in full what he had requested which was around $855. Aside from the coveralls I also had some more T-shirts made as well. After washing them only once, the logos were starting to peel. I had reached out to Chris (owner) and voiced my concerns about the situation. His response was."Oh no,How?" He asked for pictures which I provided. He wanted to know how they were washed and cared for. I wash all of my things according to how the manufacturer specifies. He said if I had provided receipts, he would offer a refund. Needless to say, I never saw a red cent. Super nice guy in the beginning but didn't back his workmanship. I will never use this business again.

Sometimes picking up freebies at places can be awkward. In fact, I almost didn't do it because of the possibility of awkwardness, but I put on my brave pants and went. I arrived around 45 minutes before they closed. I was the only person there. I had a friendly greeting and the staff person was so nice and didn't behave strangely at all about me stopping to get this free item. In fact, he was excited about it and asked me questions about the program, etc. While my free canvas bag was being printed, he told me a little about how their shop works; how they can help with design; how long it takes; etc. I'll admit I didn't check on prices during this visit, so I can't speak to that, but it seems like a neat place and I've already recommended them to a friend who had been looking for a local place to get a t-shirt printed with a photo in a hurry.
