The "preferred" place for insurance couldn't fit her in until the end of April (for a quote) and it would "probably be next month" (May) before they could make any repairs. Not an option! Craig's Collision Center is across the street from my daughter's apartments so I called there and another place across town to see if she could get a quote. After speaking to Craig for 3 minutes, I knew I wanted him to fix my daughter's car. Craig is not only a nice man, he has integrity and treated my family as if we were a part of his. While it was unfortunate that we were in a situation to need bodywork, I will always rely on Craig's Collision Center for any work on our cars. I'm a raving fan!

They almost always are late to any appointment, they take their time on your vehicle but you wouldn't know by how it looks when you pick it up, they vacuum where they feel like it. They left my whole back of my vehicle dirty. There was dirt still on my vehicle and the wheels didn't even look like they put soap on them. After we picked it up we had to go over everything to just clean it up. Our apartment has a contract with them so we get free washes, and that's great because I wouldn't pay a dime to have them wash my car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Called back and they said if part replaced was bad they would replace it but would have to pay labor, just paid them $429 30 minutes earlier for job.One last time before deciding to sell truck I called M H C in Statesboro and after talking to Tyler and telling him all my problems with unit he said he would do his best to get to problem fixed. I had a phone conversation with Terry and he informed me this place specialized in more mechanical work than cosmetic but said to send him photos of my issue from different angles so he can point me in the right direction. He felt it wasn't that serious and was worth it to go to a NAPA Autoparts store, purchase paint filler and a vial of touch up paint, watch a few YouTube videos on how to apply it and try my amateur luck. I gotta say for a small business owner to take the time out of his day, help me with my problem and offer me advice like I was his friend was very honorable.
