They almost always are late to any appointment, they take their time on your vehicle but you wouldn't know by how it looks when you pick it up, they vacuum where they feel like it. They left my whole back of my vehicle dirty. There was dirt still on my vehicle and the wheels didn't even look like they put soap on them. After we picked it up we had to go over everything to just clean it up. Our apartment has a contract with them so we get free washes, and that's great because I wouldn't pay a dime to have them wash my car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
