No one ever followed up, and my friend never received her flowers. This company ruined a special day and left me with no way to get a refund or even speak to someone. I want to be fair, Its a very nice arrangement. I was told that they started at 300 so i told her lets do 350. What would this have looked like for $300? Its extremely small which is my main complaint for the cost. The outer Diameter was 22". The reason why i have pictures of it on my door is because she was interred at a mausoleum and they were going to throw it away. For a total cost including 15 dollar delivery and 20 dollar tip...we figured we would bring it home. I never said it was not a nice wreath, my complaint is the size. Lesson learned.
