Marry Me Wedding Rentals in the BEAUTIFUL Pensacola Florida helped me plan and pull off my dream…read morewedding in October 2017! Suzanne and her team helped me immensely, more than words can describe! Her recommendations, obvious love for her industry and attention to detail helped me make the right decisions when planning a Florida wedding for my friends and family. Being from Virginia, some friends and family expressed initial concern for attending a beach/destination wedding, but it could not have been more beautiful and really made it worth it for everyone who did decide to travel to celebrate with us. The day was perfect and the sunset was something out of a dream! Marry Me Wedding Rentals' bamboo arbor was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Suzanne was very flexible with me, they truly went out of their way to make our day special. They even went above and beyond to secure a last-minute photo booth for us the day of the wedding. They never let us down and really helped my husband and I have a smooth wedding ceremony and reception. Suzanne has a great team and it is clear that they work really, REALLY well together. I was very pleased with my wedding then and I am just as pleased now! I highly recommend Marry Me Wedding Rentals!!

Let's start by saying if I could give her 0 stars I would. Early 2015 I attended a bridal tour…read morewhere I met Suzanne from Marry Me Wedding Rentals, she seemed professional and when it came time to plan my wedding I instantly thought of her, that's where I went wrong. We spoke over the phone and had one meeting where we both agreed on a $400 deposit (and pay the balance later), in return she was going to help me plan my dream wedding. It was very easy to get ahold of her before I paid her but as soon as she had my deposit the phone calls stopped being answered and the emails went unreplied. I'm the type of person where if I pay you for services I like to be treated as if I'm a priority. After numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails I finally had enough and sought out another company. When Suzanne finally got around to returning my calls she asked how everything was going so I told her not well, I didn't feel like a priority and wasn't happy with her services. I said I would appreciate a full refund seeing how she had done absolutely no work for me. She was quick to say no, that the deposit was non refundable and since my wedding was "4 months away" she didn't see my attempts to contact her "urgent" her words exactly. I don't know about you but I believe as soon as the money was exchanged we should have gotten to work. She should not be able to decide who is and who isn't important. If my wedding was too far away for her to deem it "urgent" then she should have had the decency to tell me that before I paid her $400. Or at LEAST returned one of my MANY attempts to contact her to let me know she hadn't forgotten me, but was busy with upcoming weddings. I'm a very understanding person but I do not like being ignored especially when you have been paid to do a job. My advice to anyone considering using her services, make sure she thinks you're wedding is important and close enough that she is willing to start working on it. I got married last weekend, March 19th 2016. And no thanks to Suzanne, had a perfect day! DO NOT USE HER.
