Reached out to this business to inquire about getting a balloon bouquet. Instead of replying on HOW TO ORDER what I wanted, they sent me a link to the sizes of their balloons and that was it. No message asking what size or anything. Poor customer service. I already knew what size I wanted, the link didn't say how to place the order or anything. The ladies that run this place were amazing to work with. I ordered multiple bouquets of balloons to surprise my friend for her birthday party since I live out of town and wouldn't be there. Not only did Amanda respond to my emails quickly, she already had ideas and an estimate for me ready to go. I had a few changes and she immediately accommodated my needs. They also had no problem delivering the balloons and then sent me a picture of the final product set up in the room! I can't say enough about their customer service. Also, they are willing to work within your budget and it seemed very reasonable although I don't frequently purchase balloon bouquets.
