Well it was more like 15 minutes (rushed 15 minutes). The consultation which was also supposed to be an hour was about 10 minutes. You get one image and any extra ones are $40.00 each, unless you buy a few then you get some discount. The photo we liked was not even centered and after asking blemish erasing for one of us, we all ended up looking like porcelain dolls. And now for "la pièce de résistance" (which is not what this review is based on), the service was beyond crappy. The staff was uninterested. Maybe they treat their "non-coupon" customers better, but we were treated like a nuisance. Hope this helps others.

Her great customer service and extra accommodation made our experience very special and memorable. Even though it was our first photoshoot in our life, her friendly character really made us relaxed during our photoshoot. Her photos came out so beautiful and we just fell in love with them! I really recommend her Full Session since we were able to take photos in the several beautiful spots and receive all photo data (we loved every single photo with a variety of different shots, close up/wide shots, posing, etc) The album and custom cards came in really good print quality.
