Her skin tone was completely different and it didn't even look like my baby. I emailed back asking if we could please leave my baby's skin tone as is and not to edit it. I received an email back from the owner - Rachel who said: "the original has too much yellow tone like jaundice" First off Rachel - my baby never had jaundice (this is just her colouring, so thank you) and second off, even if she did have jaundice and I wanted to show that colouring in the images, then just leave it. There should have never been a comment like that said. I have many friends and family members that are expecting and I told them to look else where for newborn photos.

Even a one star rating is too generous for the service we received today. Rude rude rude are the three words i would use to describe the service today. I make my appointments way in advance. Then the day before I call to make sure the appointment is solid. We get here today and are told to wait 20 minutes because the next appointment is a walk-in group??? Still waiting and it's been half hour now. Unacceptable. The photographer doesn't even acknowledge us politely. The kids from the previous appointment are allowed to run around wild and scream. The reason for the portrait session is to mark two important milestones for my family, otherwise we would leave. More after the session is done ... Brb Okay so session is over. We will not return to this location until major improvements are made with the staff. The photographer had ZERO motivation to take great photos. VERY little imagination. She offered NO suggestions for poses, no direction for head position, body position vs shoulder angles etc ... NADA. She waited for us to pose and said, "smile" and snapped the picture??!! Other photographers we've had take approximately 50 plus shots, this photographer took less than 20. when viewing our pictures ... I just sat there in AWE of how lousey the photo's were ... when I said nothing ... she nervously said, "do you like the pictures? yes? right?" ... wow ... no thank you, not again at this location until MAJOR changes are made with staff!!!

I contacted their CS right away and asked them if they can edit the order. They said once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. I understand if an order has been processed, they can't revise. But they haven't processed the order yet. Don't know why they can't just revise it. This company is definitely not trying to keep their customer. I will definietly not order from them again. FYI their photos are not great and terrible price.

Lifetouch USED to do my son's school picture (not anymore), while my girl's school uses MJM. Please note this is not a plug for MJM, but just to show the difference. My girl would receive her class picture back UNDER 2 weeks (about 5 working days). Also I order a group picture from MJM, and received that under 4 weeks (could be under 3 weeks). MJM offer the students a school memory book for $10. Lifetouch would take 6 weeks (if not more) for the class photo to be returned, and if that is not bad enough. I ordered a team picture back in the beginning of May, and the company couldn't have the photo ready by the end of the school year (June 27). That's right over 6 weeks later, school ended and I never received my photo. The only thing I got from Lifetouch is excuses, claiming they would call me when the photo is ready to be picked up (2 months and still counting). It's one thing to have bad photographers, and the pictures are just pure bad; but it's another when you paid for a photo and never get it. Should have taken the sample photo off the school wall and scanned it, not to save the $8, but to at least have something to remember by. If any school are looking for a new photography company to take their class picture; stay away from Lifetouch.
