My husband trains with her regularly and has gotten a lot stronger and has fewer issues with his knees! The gym is always clean and inviting and I feel safe whenever I go (they are open 24 hours)!

The gym is utterly disgusting right now, and it feels like nobody is taking care of it. The tanning rooms are in terrible condition, and I miss Tracy and the other girl who used to keep the place clean. They were always accessible, even on weekends. I've been coming in during the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and my husband attends daily. Neither of us has seen any kind of management or staff around to address these issues. The wipes are usually empty, there's often no toilet paper in the bathrooms, and it's just a mess overall. I've tried calling, but no one answers, and the responses to reviews are just tacky and unprofessional. I'm seriously considering switching to Ironworks because it's clear this place has gone downhill.
