As I was walking back to my car frustrated and upset, a very confused person came out of the building. She claimed to be a teacher. I asked her for the director but she had no idea where the director was. I found this place to be very unprofessional. The director called me later and brushed off the entire incident - never apologizing for standing me up! The director obviously lacks concerned for other people's time. I don't want that type of behavior around my daughter when I'm teaching her to respect others and to apologize when she does something wrong. An apology would have been accepted.
