I looked online and found a few places that would be able to deliver a beautiful custom arrangement before the end of business day to the Atasacosa Health Center. I was very impressed with the arrangement. Right before it was delivered they sent me a text message with a photo of the arrangement, I loved that little detail! All I have to say is that it was beautiful and I was very pleased. My sister called me that evening and was just raving about it!! She was to call me back later that day. She never did. I called here around 3 p.m. to ensure that all was fine. They confirmed that there was no issue and that the wreath would be delivered right away. The wreath was never delivered. Someone dropped off some cheap plant with my name misspelled. I have been calling for days and they will not return my call. It is infuriating that a florist can be so rude, dishonest, and irresponsible. Additionally, when I posted a negative review on Facebook they had the post deleted. They only show good reviews on their page.

My mom ordered a funeral spread for an infants casket for a family member laying her son to rest and requested for it to be at the gravesite an hour before the service because the flowers were a gift. Which she was assured that wouldn't be a problem. On the day of the funeral to our surprise everyone arrived to no flowers on the casket. Infact Barbara's delivery team didn't arrive until 30 minutes into the service. The next day my mom called the manager and expressed how disappointed and unexceptable the service was. His first instinct was to respond with " if I issue you a refund it'll come directly out of my own check". The audacity and lack of remorse for a mother laying her son to rest is beyond me first of all and second of all how unprofessional it is to guilt a customer that did not receive the service she paid for. Now we are many days past the initial call and complaint. We have been ghosted by the owner Jenna Vasquez. Repeatedly told she isn't in and will return our calls later. Absolute bare minimum they could have refunded the delivery charge or had some decency to at least call back after ruining an already absolutely unbearable event.
