He took the time to make sure everything made sense and that I fully understood what was happening, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. What really stood out to me was not just Raj's dedication and professionalism, but also the amazing team around him. Everyone I interacted with was supportive, patient, and genuinely great to work with. You can tell they truly care about their clients and are committed to doing things the right way. I'm truly, deeply grateful for everything they've done for me. From start to finish, they've been incredible--always supportive, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to help me through this situation. Their dedication made an extremely difficult process so much easier to go through, and it meant a lot to have people who not only knew what they were doing, but who also took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable along the way. I'm honestly overwhelmed with gratitude for the support and guidance I received. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Raj and his team to anyone going through a challenging situation.

After a few years we revisited Clement law center and unfortunately she was no longer part of the team but did refer us to Des Kolke who has been absolutely fantastic. His paralegal Melinda Luna is equally as great if not better. Yes, it's spendy but is it worth it? YES. Des Kolke has been in the game for over 30 yrs and definitely knows what he's talking about. He will cut the shit and tell you if you have enough or not for your case to proceed. At least this way you have piece of mind to know your money is not being wasted. We will never use another attorney again, and I'm sure we'll always have adequate causes to keep him on retainer!

Grant it I've only been divorced once but I don't think it could have gone any worse. Desmond is not someone I would recommend to represent as an attorney for a divorce. I am a male and my experience with him was pathetic at best. A couple dozen of unanswered emails, and unused pertinent information that would have been beneficial to my case. Failed to send me a zoom meeting for a pre-trial. Calls me while I am on vacation and asks if I were going to join the meeting. I had to rush to my hotel and join the zoom meeting. His paralegal even charged me a small amount when she needed to review my case when they decided to change paralegals on me. The OC sent an email to Des explaining to him that I need to stay out of the home of my ex, that is her primary residence. I explained that I had not been in her residence for two months. They sent the letter two months later, the next thing I know we are in trial and I am ordered to pay $1500 of my exes lawyer fees because I had not stayed out of her house. They had zero proof of me being in her house subsequent to the first or second letter sent to Des. Des just did not look at the evidence and the lack thereof evidence to defend me. Des told me that was his fault and it was his responsibility to contact OC. Des never contacted OC. I wanted to have GAL or counselor to talk to my kids about the living situation, the OC opposed it and Des did not fight for the GAL or a counselor. He gave up and let the ex win that request. Even the Judge called out the fact that no GAL or counselor was used and he has nothing to go on from the children's perspective. I provided Des information about how my kids felt regarding the living situation, Des did not use it. It fell on def ears again. I was forced to get a CMA for my home, Des never used it as an exhibit and used a made up value of my home that he submitted a value to OC and to the courts resulting in $45K more than the value of my home. I asked for a mistrial, he never pursued it. Had multiple reschedules and when I asked Des, he said it was the OC requesting the rescheduling. I reached out to my ex asking why is her lawyer making all these reschedules, she informed me that it was my lawyer. In my opinion, they were working together to gather as much money from "us" as they could. I wish I would had fired him. I spent around $60k on my divorce only to be told by Des, in my 25years, that was the second worse ruling I've ever had. I had to ask for pre-trial conference with Des after our first trial date. Des was totally unprepared for my case. Had he used the information from the emails I sent him, things would have turned out better for me. I feel Des has become complacent in the divorce world for men and doesn't really care. He got his $60K (ish) from me and moved on. Months later I did receive an email or phone call stating that the judge Leroy McCollough and or his bailiff failed to send Des the final judgement / ruling and it was way past the appeal date. Maybe true, but I have my doubts because of past behavior. He said he would still try and appeal it for me. He did try, cost me another $1700 for their time. I did back out of the appeal, I felt I would have lost even more. He is good at knowing the law, he is good talker, I believe it may have been an hour of free phone call time during the almost 2 year divorce process. Des is a nice guy, he just lost his passion. The one thing I remember most about why I would never recommend him as a divorce lawyer to anyone that outweighs all the above.. My daughter wrote him a letter to be read in the courts and used as an exhibit (I never read the letter), well, he lost the letter that she wrote. Rick S

But when we went to court she didn't put up the fight I thought she was just from our conversations in her office. She ended up having surgery on her back or leg I can't remember but in her she told me to just take what they are offering for child support she didn't want to argue my case that it was to much. Basically she just wanted to get out of court and go home because she was in pain from her surgery. I don't know how she got the reviews she got that made me choose her as my lawyer, but my experience with her was not what I was expecting and I would never refer her to anyone that wants to win there case or atleast expect there lawyer to put up a fight for them and at the end of the day I'm out $8,000 for nothing! I probably would have had better luck representing myself.

She was absolutely amazing--professional, compassionate, and unwavering in her integrity. What impressed me most was that Kathy ensured fairness at every step. Whether she was representing me or working with my ex-wife's side, she always made sure the rules were followed, the process was transparent, and that everything was handled with respect. She truly embodies what it means to be an ethical attorney. Kathy isn't just an excellent divorce lawyer--she's the kind of person you want guiding you through one of life's most difficult moments. She balances compassion with toughness, ensuring her clients feel supported while also keeping everything on track legally and fairly. If you are looking for an attorney who is honest, fair, and incredibly skilled, I cannot recommend Kathy and Bruya Law Office (kathy@bruyalawoffice.com ) highly enough. She is, without question, the perfect person to help anyone navigate divorce.

Absolutely disgusting. Ambulance Chaser type if that is your genre! Has a Big bark but no bite. Places peoples lives in jeopardy. as she is a paid gunman. No morals at all. No wonder she only has 3 reviews especially for her age. You would think someone practicing law this long would have a long list of happy clients. This is laughable. This Attorney claims a win; Yet fails to mention their client had a court ordered restraint placed against them. She can easily call me a liar in a court room Yet she is the Biggest liar of them all. Not acting appropriately in a court of law. Do not hire this lady she will swindle you!
