I did call after 1 week and the person I spoke with made me feel she was not a parts person and was short on the phone. They did not get my vote of confidence. Now the owner does not want to do anything about it and wants to start charging to repair issues that should not be happen if the ATV was brand new. He does not want to take it back and told us we will not be getting a refund. I wasted money on a business that does not honor their customers or their product. My children will not have anything to ride due to the unscrupulous business practices of Manic Motors. Stay away from this business as they are not legitimate and they are selling items that do not work. They only want your money and do not care about anything else after that.
