The state said I made more than I did cause they said it was income (it wasn't) and they charged me interest and fees. I called David to fix it - he made promise after promise to do so. He explained they did not view the information correctly. He had one excuse after another. Promised to call them, he didn't. He had constant excuses for over two years. He talked about death in the family (several of them), then other excuses, one after another. I tried to be very patient, cause I can understand about family death and the stress that can cause in life. However, life goes on and David continued with his business but he still hasn't made it right even though he said he would. He didn't even reimburse me for at least the fees I paid him and for the fees charged by the state. He doesn't answer emails. Just basically ghosted me - took my money and ran.

Instead of candy (actually she had very tasty mints at the front door) she gifts us adults with quick and easy and RELIABLE completion of our taxes. I was actually recommended to use Forsythe taxes from a family member. I admit I'd been a TurboTax gal all of my life up until now, since my taxes have always been fairly straightforward.
