The wedding party had picked these entrées, BBQ pork steak, cheese tortellini, and fried chicken. Sides were baked beans, mashed potatoes, corn, with pudding for dessert. The pork steak is, as all pork steak, a fatty slice of pork cooked in BBQ sauce. The piece I had was boneless but I heard other people say theirs had bone in. It was a good pork steak as long as you know what that is. I thought that it had a little too much salt either in thr steaks or the BBQ, not everyone agreed but a few people noticed it was salty. Smaller neighborhood market. I was greeted by the cashier upon entry and could see the hot food counter at the back of the store. The woman working the counter took my order. She asked what I wanted on and Just asked for mustard so I'm not sure what the choices were. I took a lap around the inside. They have a decent selection of food and household goods etc. The meat cooler caught my eye. A very nice array of beef, pork and chicken. Looked fresh. The selection included pre-rubbed pork and chicken that looked great. They sell the house rub as well. I'll have to sample these meat in the future. Returned to find my lunch ready, paid at the cashier and was on my way. Dig into it immediately. The fries were crisp and a decent sized preformed patty on the hamburger bun was juicy and tasty.
