Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We own a rental company and had a machine damaged by a renter. We…read morebrought it to this business because they are a Kubota warranty/service location, expecting them to diagnose the damage and determine what could be covered under warranty. Instead, we were charged $1,300 for the diagnosis alone. Not one ounce of repair work was completed. They took the machine apart, and after the diagnosis we specifically told them not to do anything else. The machine has now been sitting there taken apart for months, with the engine and multiple parts exposed to the elements. The engine is now rusty from being left in that condition. The customer service has been absolutely unbelievable. We have called repeatedly for MONTHS. Every time, we are told someone will call us back. They never do. No returned calls. No updates. No communication. Nothing. We paid $1,300 for a diagnosis, have a machine that was taken apart and left exposed to the elements, and we cannot even get someone to return a phone call. As a business owner ourselves, we understand that not every repair or warranty claim is going to go the way a customer hopes. What is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication and customer service. We have given them months and countless opportunities to simply communicate with us, and they haven't. One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. If this is how they treat customers, I would seriously think twice before trusting them with your equipment.

However, when I went to get the equipment, they had upgraded me to a larger tool (without telling me) because they couldn't find the smaller one I had initially ordered. Unfortunately this tool required two men to operate and I only had one. So I ended up returning the tool well before my return time and they still charged me full price.
