Apparently, those who do the packaging before it is shipped deem it an acceptable practice to now begin packaging products in the incorrect boxes and justify it with making the customer responsible for having to scan the QR code to verify they are indeed purchasing the correct product. Surely, it cannot be ethical to sell products in incorrect packaging that have an incorrect label on said package that misleads a customer into purchasing the incorrect product. [NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY.] The associate working seemed not of clear mind; when the product was inquired about, the name was stated to her several times, only for her to incorrectly repeat the product's name back (also several times,) confusing it with another product they were selling (is that product in the incorrect box too?) while laughing about the issue and mistake.
