I typically make a larger order since there aren't many dispensaries close to where I live and each time the orders have been filled quickly, especially when placed online, and accurately. The various staff have always been friendly and helpful to answer questions I had both about products as well as their deals, etc. I used to live in Colorado and I have been very happy with the variety, selection and quality of their products. The employees are friendly. Though the main point of difference for good shops is the price and this place isn't it. They charge almost double what other dispensaries charge for cartridges. Their deals aren't deals. Honestly, the only reason to go here instead of somewhere good, like Ayr, is the convenience. And they know it. The online ordering is super easy, just note that orders made due business hours has required same day pick up. If you can't make it that day, then order after hours and pick up next day. I've been to pretty much every shop in town and frequent them pretty regularly, I rarely come to this location just because I live in San Carlos park. Im typically at the other location in Ft Myers, but I have never had a issue getting into the system to be brought inside to make my purchase. A sole member went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, Aja. She brought me aside, helped me with my order and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was given a little hassle for me not being able to be found in the system, but brushed it off and handled the unnecessary confrontation that happened. The other worker made me feel very uncomfortable, like I wasn't legitimately up to date with my card or trying to sneak in. Later to joke about it because I was found in some void where some customers files get found, I just want to give another kudos for AJa being able to handle this confrontation very maturely while making me feel welcome and taking care of my order. Also making me aware of their awesome deals they had that particular day, I will definitely recommend coming to this store. So I placed an order at 3:30 pm on Thursday for delivery, I got an email with my order being confirmed! Today, I got 4 emails saying I had an order but it was being packed? I called the dispensary at 2:30 pm and was told "the driver will give you a call". No call.......at 5:30 pm I called dispensary AGAIN and was told by some guy laughing as he picked up the phone (after 25 min on hold) and said "it was a processing glitch, so? No delivery, no phone call regarding the "glitch"! He did say "we we're getting ready to give you a call that we weren't coming " and laughs! I spent the whole day at home waiting! Very inappropriate for a business. And this is your manager? I don't know his name. He has a long beard. I wanted to run out of there. Horrible. While this has been my go-to dispo for over a year, I am unfortunately no longer going to be shopping here. I recently purchased their pre-ground flower, which I understand is seen as a last resort to most, which is why it's so cheap, but I purchase pre ground with the intent of being able to roll up without having to do the extra step of grinding. I purchase my preground as normal, except when I get home, over half the container isn't ground!! I called to see if this would be something they would exchange for me, and they put me on "hold" but I could still hear them. Everyone that worked at the dispo was laughing, and the man returns to the phone saying this isn't something they would fix. Which is very unfortunate curaleaf. I went into Curaleaf last night and I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience that I had! In particular Alyssa, Stefan, and Valentine did an amazing job. Not only did they have great product knowledge but their level of customer service is far better than any other dispensary I have ever been to. There is something really special about those three as they truly make you feel good about yourself and your medicine with all of their positive vibes and knowledge. Most of us with a medical marijuana card are on social security disability and on a very tight budget. Not only did I watch her save this man's life but she was polite. And even apologetic, for NO reason. I received 50% 2 items in each category as a first time client. I've been a patient of trulieve for quite some time, trulieve who is in Lady lake close20 miles and I'm going to just give you a heads up if you want hospitality and great great people to talk to and that will help you right there on the spot do not clown around have the right products and products are actually a little bigger and better but I'm on my fourth trip and three days back on a vape pen it doesn't work and they won't replace and it is a lot of the cartridge trying to fix it with them looking for Vape blocks in it and lost all kinds of liquid so now I have to buy a new one because it was a broke product of theirs that they don't even want to talk to you about it otherwise stores nice clean the guys are awesome the ladies run the store there ,just do yourself a favor and check both of them out, you get your own opinion and not mine but I had to at least put my experience on here. read more
