If I could give zero stars I would. I got married here 2 months ago, I have not received my pictures and I'm sure I never will. Natalie the photographer has ghosted me and a few other couples as well. I know this because of the reviews on Google. It seems she's been doing this way before I got married in March. The chapel was still using her as a photographer knowing she wasn't giving couples their pictures. I am completely heartbroken because these are only memories and these people aren't doing anything about it! I believe that she is the owner of the chapel but they refuse to say so. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. Check their reviews on google. read more

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE! I wish I could give this a negative star!!! We were married March 22, 2025. We arrived 15 minutes early because we did not want to be late. Our appointment was at 2:00 p.m. That time came and went. No one came to the door to unlock it. No movement inside. We called the number on our email confirmation. Yvonne told us that our appointment was at 3:00 p.m., not 2. We checked the email. It was supposed to be at 2:00. We were told "there is probably something wrong with the calendar". We asked Yvonne to recommend somewhere so we can sit and wait. Nothing within walking in heels distance. She was of no help! We ended up going around the corner and sitting on a bistro set outside a closed bar. We watched couple after couple get married in the little chapel across the street wishing that was us. The reason we chose this chapel is because my parents got married at that same chapel in 1966! They were married 58 years before my dad passed away. So, it was important to me and my then fiancée was making it happen. Natalie, the photographer, and her husband (the pastor) finally arrived at the chapel exactly at 3:00 p.m. When we mentioned the time conflict, Natalie laughed and said "Oh, I'm not in charge of calender so it's not my fault". As soon as we walked it, it was hot and stuffy. Smelled old and musty. I embraced the vintage vibe and went to the bridal room and waited. My husband went to the bathroom and was shocked at how dirty it was. Our reservation was for an hour yet we felt rushed. The unity candle looked like it was from the 70's, old and dusty. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Most of which was Natalie and her husband getting the place "ready". When we were done, we were still outside waiting for our Uber when we heard their car doors and they were gone. Today is August 19th. We still do not have our pictures. Natalie is not returning our calls or text messages. We talked to Yvonne on several occasions, sent emails. Supposedly, they have an attorney reaching out to Natalie, to no avail. We paid for the Simple Package that included 15 photos. We eloped so didn't have family or friends attending. We have zero photos of our wedding day! Today, I was told by Yvonne that she only answers the phone and can do nothing about the situation. I asked for the number of the owner and when I can expect a call back. Yvonne could not give me a direct answer other than "I only answer phone calls". After reading reviews of similar situations, we decided to write one of our own. We will also be contacting the Clark County Nevada County Clerk and I'm ending this review how I started it. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!!! read more

My brother and his, now, wife held their mini wedding at Cupid's Wedding Chapel just this past weekend and let me tell you.. this place was absolutely beautiful!! The ceremony was well conducted and all of the staff were super friendly. They have off street parking provided for guests. They had the AC on full blast which was such a blessing as it was 110 degrees outside! The chairs, the stained glass, and the bouquets included in their wedding packages are absolutely beautiful. Natalie, the photographer, was an absolute joy before the wedding, throughout the wedding, and even afterwards when we went to pick up the photo copies! She was super helpful and continuously kept talking to us and answering our questions with such a bright attitude. In the photos I posted, they have a Gazebo outside where the bride and groom go to get some photos taken by Natalie, and guess what? Natalie also decorates the gazebo all on her own! Talk about a hard working gal! Her work is immaculate. So much so that after the bride and groom were done getting their photos, all of our guests took photos there as well. She changes the decorations to go with every occasion held there and if you scroll down to older reviews, you'll see that it looks completely different, yet still beautifully put together, each and every time! I would seriously recommend getting married here. The absolute best part is that it's not far from the strip at all. It took us 10-12 mins to get there by car from the strip. Booked this cute Chapel for our civil wedding. The staff is extremely friendly, from the first phone call I made all the way down to picking up my pictures. The chapel is east to get to, with street parking as well as a parking lot on the back. They have a decorated gazebo for pictures as well as the front yard. The chapel has live stream so your loved ones can watch in case they weren't able to attend. To the preacher or priest who married us; thank you so so much for your kind words. He politely asked if he could say something religious to us and I absolutely loved it. He made the ceremony feel that much more special, it wasn't just the typical readings. Very kind man. Just like Anna B., I was surprised at how not-as-tacky Cupid's Wedding Chapel really is. It still is Las Vegas gauche but not terribly so. Unlike other chapels on the Strip, Cupid's schedules weddings an hour apart to provide time for maximum full production value.Cupid's pride themselves on offering "a traditional church wedding at a chapel price." In other words, the poor man's wedding-Las Vegas style. Included in the package is a bridal processional-(where I could not stop laughing at the absurdity of it all), dimmed lights as the minister introduces the happy couple, and then a tape of the couple's favorite song so they can have their first dance right there at the pulpit after their "first" kiss. In a nod to mixed families, Cupid offers family weddings for those couples blending preexisting families-the children become a part of the service. Compared to other gaudy chapels, this one is pleasantly low-key and down-to-earth, with white as snow walls and pews. There are stained glass doves and roses, and a banquet hall where your party can feast and celebrate your happy tidings. Internet packages include a live webcast of your wedding, and pictures of the ceremony. Came here for a friend's wedding and the whole experience, for me, was really hit or miss. Hits: They have video cameras throughout to live stream your ceremony online. This was incredibly helpful to our groom as his sister had just had a baby in Norway but, due to the government shut-down, was unable to get the baby a passport to fly in for the big day. Another hit was the man who led the ceremony. They opted for a regular guy (no Elvis impersonator) and he had a lot of really good things to say. He really engaged with the bride and groom and made the rest of feel like we weren't just watching a quick, typical Vegas-style wedding. Misses: When we all filed in to the chapel, we saved the front row for the moms and the grandparents to give them the best view. However, the staff should have mentioned that, because of the cameras, the bride and groom stand in between the two front rows making it impossible for those in that row to see anything. Also, The photographer lady was seemingly real nice to the bride and groom, but not so nice to the rest of us. She was incredibly pushy and kept telling us all that we needed to leave. It made for a really confusing and awkward half hour while we waited for the newlyweds to finish up their shots. I got married there this year. Everything was set up via phone calls and a few emails. I communicated with Judy the entire time and I found her to be a very sweet elderly lady. She tried her hardest to return my calls in a timely manner and she's very easy to work with. I selected the gown and tux package which wasn't expensive at all, but with that comes a gown rental that isn't much to choose from. The rental place had great tuxes, but a very limited selection for a plus woman like me. On a scale between 1 - 10, I liked my gown about a 3! I had the perfect gown in my mind but they did not have it in my size. I should have rented a gown back in NY like I started to and after seeing the cheezy gown selection I wanted to kick myself several times. A real plus was that they did all of the alterations the same day and had everything at the wedding chapel that night because my wedding was the next day. When we got to the chapel the next day everything was there as promised. When the wedding was over I didn't have to bring them back as they came to pick everything back up. This was awesome. The chapel was small, clean, and cozy. The minister was very encouraging and directed us in what to do. Natalie, the photographer, took nonstop pictures before, during and after the wedding. We weren't rushed and was able to take our time in everything, probably because there was no wedding directly after ours. We also got a CD of our wedding. That was a plus. BUYER BEWARE! You must automatically give $60 to the minister and $60 to the photographer called a gratuity. This is so dumb. Why not just include it in the initial package since you have no choice in paying it anyway? In this package you are only entitled to 10 pictures of the actual ceremony, not the ones before or after where you are posing nicely for the camera - which wasn't clear to me before booking this package. Very disappointing. During the ceremony, you're not posing professionally and random pictures are being taken of the ceremony when you're not even looking at the camera half the time. I was so upset to learn the pictures before and after the ceremony would be $35 for each jpeg and $350 for all of them. Well I got 10 of my pictures and uploaded several of them to the Walgreens Photo website to have them printed. I will update this review based upon how the pics come out at Walgreens. read more

Ok, so we have all fantasized about a Vegas wedding officiated by Elvis. Don't deny it. I even wrote some fiction about it years ago - so when the chance to actually attend a wedding by Elvis, I jumped at the chance. Elvis picked the bride & groom up at their hotel wearing a white sequined jumpsuit and driving a 56 pink Caddy. We were off to a good start. I followed them to Cupid's and the rest of the wedding party was just arriving. I was surprised to walk into a cute little chapel. White, non-denominational, not nearly as tacky as I was hoping. There was a strict rule - no outside pictures (the owners take pictures and then sell "Packages" to the bride & groom after) Elvis had a costume change - he wore a gold lame jacket as he escorted the bride up the aisle. The whole ceremony lasted 30 mins - it was casual, funny, and touching. The words "Peanut Butter" were even worked into the ceremony. (I've heard of peanut butter at the honeymoon, but never in the wedding ceremony!!) Elvis sang three songs - accompanied by a boom box and the drunken best man ( Sam!)... The video was streamed in the internet for all that couldn't be there, and it is posted on the website for 30 days. Elvis hung out with the guests for a while after the ceremony taking pictures in the parking lot (the Bride & Groom - were picking out their photos in the chapel) The people who run the chapel seem like old school Vegas. Hey, I took a price list (160 & up depending on what you want) All I can say is I have lived a cliche and it was one of the best nights I've had in a long time! Then Elvis brought the Bride & Groom back to their hotel in the caddy, and we all hung out for the rest of the night. What a little gem! This place is so Vegas and so cool I love it. We attended a spontaneousness wedding here on Saturday that our best friends threw and we had a blast. Everyone at Cupids were very helpful and really fun to deal with. The only down side is we had to wait 15 mins to get started but it worked out perfect as we had a couple of guests running late anyways. Normally these places can be very tacky and awkward but at Cupids they seem to have mastered the art of keeping it classy and still allot of Vegas glam. After deciding to elope on our trip to Vegas, my husband and I were scared of picking a chapel online without visiting them first. After looking at more than 20 chapels we picked Cupids and how glad am I ! We decided for Cupid's because of the quality of the photographer, live video broadcast and the chapel itself looked super cute. We are so happy with how everything turned out ! The pictures are beautiful, they made us feel very special and were very accommodating, not rushing us and helping us stay calm. I had the most amazing wedding at Cupid's Wedding Chapel! It can be difficult to make the decision to get hitched in Vegas but this chapel made my special day amazing! What we had planned to be an amazing 10 year vowel renewal turned quickly into the worst experience. While everyone made sure we were on time like we were told, we waited 20-30min before the Pastor arrived. No one thought to call the chapel to let us now, Yvonne's excuse was since we were already there why would they call us to tell us they were late. Well Yvonne in this new covid world we made dinner reservations, which we lost. Hard to get reservations for a table of 6. No one there has anything together. No communication between the people working from home and the Little lady at the chapel. They tried to over charge several times even after showing receipts of what was paid and what was owed. Mind you we made several calls leading up to the day so that there were no hiccups. The ceremony was the only beautiful part. We took several beautiful pictures. When we came back a week later for our appointment, once again time management is not important to them at all. She had an appointment still there and we waited another 30 minutes again. But made sure to tell us over and over if we were going to be late to call her since we're local. Ok that's fine- but don't keep us waiting. When we got back and started choosing our pics(after choosing several gazebo and group pics) we were told the ONLY pics we get to chose from was everything before the first dance. So none of the other pics we took were included. When we explained that we were able to chose from all our pics the last time(mind you it's been ten years) Natalie called us both liars because she's been doing this in Vegas for 11 years and she probably still has all our photos. First it was a man ten years ago that did our pics, and no one there were there ten years ago except the Pastor who married us. I have sent several emails to Yvonne who was supposed to be helping. And still haven't received any response. We had the worst experience. We still have not received our digital copy of our vowel renewal. read more

Yvonne is the first person who was really, really easy to talk to and attentive to what I looked for in Las Vegas. I had called every where from the 4 Seasons, Wynn, Cosmopolitan and even our hotel - the new SLS, but no one was as great to work with as Yvonne. (Cosmopolitan def ranked second though if you want an in-room ceremony and violinist, but it is too busy of a hotel for my taste.) Of the multiple chapels I looked at on line, they had the best package for us, and it was decorated the most elegantly without the Vegas cheesy look. Yvonne answered my multiple questions on email and responded with text, phone calls or emails as needed. We literally decided to go for it just about a week in advance, and she took the deposit over the phone without a problem. The chapel is clean, neat and elegant. Not too many ridiculous decorations and frills. We didn't feel rushed at all, and we were the only ones there to share this personal moment. They devote more time per couple (an hour I think) than most of the other chapels on the Strip. The music with the dance at the altar was just right, and they fade it in and out however you prefer. My friends who logged on could see everything very well, and even the cake and sparkling cider with flutes were good. We used them in our hotel room to take some pictures of a toast and feeding the cake to each other. We chose the Only You pacakage. Note - we opted to buy all of our pictures on the c.d. for $350, which is a bargain compared to any other photography service out there for weddings. The pictures looked really great, and it has been fun and easy editing them and popping them into an album on shutterfly. We get many compliments on the wall art work we made through shutterfly and our album as appearing like a "professional" photographer took them. Natalie IS a professional -just without the thousands of dollars people spend on for similar. Overall we had a great experience, it was easy, hassle-free and exactly what we wanted. Very disappointed arrived for our wedding and this place is no where near what is advertised! The website shows the old venue which is completely different. Google maps also takes you to the old address. To add insult to injury they would not come to a reasonable agreement on a cancellation price and continued to charge the full amount for a wedding we did not attend. I had to coordinate my wedding and my sons wedding and they made it so easy for all of us. I spoke and texted Yvonne several times and every single time she was quick in returning my texts. My wife and I went to Las Vegas for our eleventh anniversary. The whole trip was a surprise for her, but she really wasn't expecting a wedding renewal ceremony, especially one that included Elvis. The good: Elvis was awesome. He made the actual ceremony absolutely perfect. He gets five stars. We really enjoyed ourselves with him. It was everything I imagined it would be. The bad: You're required to give the wedding photographer a minimum $50 "gratuity". This was not disclosed until after I had already booked the ceremony. Simply including a fee for the photographer in the package price would be far more professional. The same minimum $50 "gratuity" is required if you use a regular minister (not Elvis). I normally tip at least 20%, and usually more when service is outstanding, but I just cannot stomach someone telling me a minimum amount I need to tip when I have no idea how good the service is going to be. Either charge me your fee up front, or let me tip whatever I feel is appropriate. The photographer took a ton of photos before, during, and after the ceremony. We thought that was great, but afterwards noticed that the quality of the "professional" photos was mediocre at best. They did their editing and color correction in Google Picassa, not Photoshop. My wife is a wedding photographer, so this really annoyed us. A certain number of photos are included in each wedding package; ours included fifteen. But, you can only use photos from the actual ceremony (bride walking down the aisle until couple exits the chapel) for the included photos. The fact that only certain photos were allowed to be included in our package was not disclosed until we actually sat down to pick the photos we wanted. The photos taken before and after the ceremony all need to be purchased separately, and the prices are ridiculous for the quality you're getting. The price is $40 per image (unless you pay several hundred for all of them), and they will not give you raw images - they only give you the low quality jpegs that they've already done a very bad job of editing and color correction on. The wedding video DVD they gave us was actually a blank disc with nothing on it. This was probably an honest mistake, but it has been a few weeks and they still haven't mailed us a copy of our DVD as promised. The place is in a pretty crappy part of Las Vegas. The only reason I'm mentioning this is that we were running late for dinner reservations on the night of our ceremony and had a limousine waiting, so we decided to come back the next day to look at our photos. We took a taxi there, looked at our photos, and asked if they could call us a taxi for our return trip. "No. Just walk up to the pawn shop and you'll probably find one there." That was really classy. We wound up walking all the way to the Stratosphere hotel (a pretty long hike in the heat) because no taxis would stop. Edit - more than two months have gone by and still no DVD. I've emailed multiple times to an address I know is good (they responded all the time when before they actually got my money), and still no response. I've changed my review to one star because of their complete lack of professionalism. Edit #2 - Six months have gone by and I still have not received a response regarding our missing wedding DVD. I've called. I've emailed. I wrote an actual letter... you know, paper and stamps. I even built a fire and sent smoke signals. I should mention that I've been very courteous in all of my correspondence with them (is it actually correspondence if it's only flowing from me to them?). Anyway, NO RESPONSE. Ever. Well, I have gotten some communication from them. "Kathy" sent an email offering to sell me my wedding portraits for "$150 + tax" before they are "purged" from their system. She didn't mention my missing wedding DVD and didn't respond when I replied to her email address. Very professional! read more

Apparently there are new owners. We choose this venue because of the ratings. This place is a dive. To top it off the photographer Natalie has absolutely no clue on how to take a picture. The ceremony was ok. The package we choose comes with seven pictures. We sat with Natalie and choose 7 pictures. She added a blurry picture and a picture that we did not choose to the CD. When we tried to get her mistake corrected she sent some of the pictures she took to choose from. There were 5 pictures missing. I requested to either come view them in person or for her to send them by email. She accused me of being mean and pressuring her. She stated the other pictures were put aside to pay extra. She wanted 35 dollars a piece for pictures she is going to burn on a CD. My 10 year old granddaughter can take better pictures than her. I tried to call the chappel to at least exchange the 2 pictures of our choice and no one would return my call. Its typical now days that once people have your money the service you get will determine there current mood or how much more money they can siphon out of you. This was our wedding nothing will take away our happiness. Just a fair warning don't take that chance. We will remember how we felt and the pictures are a hard loss. Now I have no idea what the prices of this place are. I came here for my best friends wedding a few weeks back. This is exactly what you would expect from your cliche Vegas style wedding. You know, the kind where you wake up next to Bigfoot and your bedroom smells of stripper coconut and regret. Well thankfully my buddy didn't experience that kind of wedding. The ladies running the place were pushy and meant business. They allotted us only one hour to conduct all business. And as soon as that hour was near complete they were pushing us out so they could get the next batch of cheap asses in and wed. Great experience. I did quite a bit of online research and this place seemed to be the very best deal and did not have a goofy Elvis or some other thing involved. We did the Earth Angel package and booked over the phone. Got a person right away, didn't have to leave a message and get a call back. We did not feel rushed at all and they do not book another wedding so close that anyone will be there before or after while you have your ceremony. We did a vow renewal, and the minister was so nice and we loved what he said during our ceremony to personalize it. Our original wedding, the minister butchered our vows AND our last name so we loved this guy! :) They have artificial flowers included in our package, I made our own but theirs were beautiful. Lots of color schemes. We loved the photographer Natalia. She was so sweet and took great shots! Our package included 15 ceremony shots, we ended up buying them all on CD. She took 103!!! We made sure to tip her extra. You pay the minister and photographer in cash, not included in the package but still a good deal with my research. read more

We chose Cupids because 1) They broadcast our wedding over the internet live (three camera shoot) 2) We loved Pastor Jeff's ceremony 3) We loved the photos that Natalie, the photographer took. Yvonne did a great job in explaining everything to us, no surprises. Judy was great and made us feel very welcome. She made sure everything was setup for us when we got there. Natalie was a lot of fun to work with. She took a lot of pictures and they were great! It would be nice if they gave a souvenir certificate holder with the marriage certificate. What an amazing place! We renewed our vows for our 10th anniversary and we had a wonderful experience. From the minute we got there we were treated like friends.
