I emailed Mountain Air Dance and received prompt replies from Cathy helping me get set up for a drop-in and find the right class for me. I had a great time at the Thursday night adult lyra class with Katie and Rita. The class material was generous, with a good warmup, plenty of conditioning options for downtime, and three fun sequences to work on. Katie and Rita were great teachers: encouraging, clear, and attentive. I haven't had a class with two instructors before and it seems like a great setup. They and the other students gave the class a positive and friendly vibe. I wish I could take this exact class in my hometown, and hope to return when next I am in town!
