Gavin helped my younger brother buy their first home in 2015. Currently I am working with Dave to sell my current home and move my recently expanded family into a new home. Here is an example of how responsive Dave is, a house came on the market Friday at 7pm, I sent him an email at 8pm he had a showing set up for us by 9pm. We saw the house at 11am on Saturday and he had the offer submitted for us by 3pm that same day. He then proceed to be our advocate for the rest of the weekend ( we were competing with 8 other offers). He was in constant communication all weekend, this guy does not take anytime off! While we lost the offer he still kept us grounded when I thought offering more would win the house- point blank he said you would be over paying and I strongly discourage it, putting aside his own interests. My other brother is going to be moving here soon and will be using Vivo realty. This is the only firm I will ever use!

After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.
